The $300,000 wax figure was revealed this past week at Madame Tusaauds at The Venetian with Mayor Oscar Goodman on hand along with Gaga
Impersonators.
Noted Photographer Erik Kabik was along for an exclusive photo shoot at The Welcome to Las Vegas Sign with the wax figure and the Impersonators who rode to the sign on an open top bus down the LV Strip.

Nicki Minaj celebrated her 26th birthday and the recent release of her album Pink Friday at TAO Las Vegas’ Worship Thursday weekly party. Wearing a custom made sheer jumpsuit embellished with pearls, the Grammy nominee showed up fashionably late and was joined by nearly fifty friends including singer Cassie, model Amber Rose, her best friend Safaree Samuels and Young Money Entertainment president Mack Maine.
The large group took over several tables right in front of TAO’s signature Buddha and Nicki stood up in the restaurant and made a toast to all of her friends, thanking them for coming to celebrate her birthday. They fueled up for the night, feasting on favorites from the kitchen and drinking Dom Perignon Rose Champagne and margaritas. Everyone sang to the birthday girl, who was wowed as a cake was brought out featuring a mini version of herself driving a pink Corvette with a license plate that said YNGMONEY, paying homage to her music label.
After dinner everyone took over a span of VIP tables on the dance floor and crowds swarmed to get close to the pop star. TAO’s bottle fairy delivered a bottle of Ace of Spades Champagne via zip line to kick off the party. The already incredible celebration jumped to the next level with the arrival of her mentors Lil Wayne and Cash Money Record founders Birdman and Slim. Nicki, who danced all night on the banquette, was surprised with a second pink cake from Gimme Some Sugar. She sipped champagne and the party lasted well past 3 am.
Rock royalty Alexandra Richards was also spotted at TAO. The model, artist and DJ joined friends at a VIP table on the dance floor.
Spotted back in Las Vegas this week, Carlos Santana and his fiancée Cindy Blackman seen car shopping and having dinner at Texas de Brazil. Santana is currently preparing for his wedding later this month in Hawaii and for his return to The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in 2011. Frank Caliendo Announces Final Shows at Monte! Comedian/Impressionist Ends Run this Spring to Focus on Family
After a critically and commercially successful run at Monte Carlo, comedian/impressionist Frank Caliendo is leaving the Las Vegas Strip to focus on family and other projects.
The master impressionist became Monte Carlo’s headliner in October 2009 and has since been lauded as “the most high-profile impressionist out there,” “spot-on,” “reinventing the art of impression” and “fall down funny.” The show has been called out as “a rare Vegas production that will entertain everyone.” Citing the demands of commuting to his home and away from his young family in Phoenix, Caliendo will perform his final show at Monte Carlo this spring

From day one, the support from the staff and fans has been amazing,” said Caliendo. “However, the demands of traveling from Phoenix and away from my family have been harder than I anticipated.
