Success is tiring!! B&D Hounds for Helping Hands raises over 2000 lbs! Official release coming later today!

Hello Everyone!
We have been so busy organizing and helping with the B&D Hounds for Helping Hands and ensuring that it was successful. As a matter of fact over 2000 lbs of food was raised to help Low Income Seniors feed their pets! Way to go Las Vegas!! The blog will return tomorrow all updated!

The only disappointment was that we had reached out to two politician in town and asked them to participate and received the form letter and from one Councilman - no answer at all!!

Strickland and Croft at LAVO! All clad in Red for AFAN!

Wednesday night LAVO and Eduardo Cordova joined forces to benefit AFAN in honor of World AIDS Day.  Laura Croft and Josh Strickland both had red on their outfits and donned a red ribbon to commemorate the day, and LAVO donated several thousand dollars to the cause. 

Croft and Strickland dined at the Italian eatery, enjoying favorites such as Penne a la Vodka and Kobe Meatballs.  After raving about the food they headed up to the nightclub where they danced the night away to the sounds of DJ Lisa Pittman.  The duo climbed atop the go go box to show off their moves and hit the center dance floor to  mingle with the crowd.

SURPRISE!! Guess who showed up and Wowed at Crown Nightclub!!

On Thursday night, Biz Markie took over DJ duties at Crown Nightclub inside the Rio. Artist Coolio made a surprise appearance during Markie’s set, grabbing the mic and perfomring a little freestyle rap. Coolio will return to Crown on Dec. 22 for 107.9 Presents GEN-X Christmas with Coolio.

Come meet the 2011 Hooters Calendar Girls on December 3rd and 4th.  This vivacious Hooters Calendar Girls will take pictures and autograph Hooters memorabilia on the casino floor.  On December 3rd, the Hooters girls will be signing from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 8:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.  On December 4th, you can see them again from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.  If you can’t see the girls this weekend, they’ll also be back at the property on December 10th and 11th.
