Penn & Teller known as “The Bad Boys of Magic” were celebrated with a Halloween party marking their upcoming 10 year anniversary and three year contract extension running through 2013.
At the end of the Penn & Teller show Jeff Solomon, assistant general manager of the Rio, and Michael Weaver, vice president of marketing for Harrah’s Las Vegas region, surprised the comedy-magic duo with a classic tenth anniversary gift of aluminum tin, gifting them with their own Penn & Teller-branded metal lunchboxes filled with their favorite treats – peanut brittle (Penn) and chocolate covered strawberries (Teller).
Following the show guests partied in the lush Palazzo suites at the Rio that were transformed into Penn & Teller’s haunted mansion.

Last night, Jamaican-American singer and rapper Sean Kingston kicked-off Halloween weekend with a brief yet stunning performance at award-winning mega-club PURE at Caesar’s Palace. While being escorted to PURE’s main stage, the chart-topping artist was greeted by eager fans as he hugged and high-five his way through the Las Vegas hot spot.
Once arriving on stage, he grabbed the mic and welcomed the packed house to his pre-Halloween show. Party goers cheered him on as he started singing his latest hit single “Letting Go (Dutty Love).” He then followed it with other popular sensations “Take You There” and “Fire Burning” as hundreds of fans sang along with him. He finished the performance with a special surprise for the crowd when he debuted his newest single “Sleep All Day, Party All Night.” Immediately following his show, Kingston was accompanied out of the venue and back to his Penthouse Suite at Caesar’s Palace where he enjoyed the rest of his evening with friends and family.
