Celeb sightings....where?? LAS VEGAS!!

Dana White, president of UFC came into Nove Italiano inside Palms Casino Resort with a friend around 8:15 p.m. on Thursday night (8.19.10).  White started with appetizers sent over by Executive Chef Geno Bernardo. Two Playboy Bunnies joined White and his friend.  White graciously took pictures with guests.

Corey “Big Hoss” Harrison and Austin “Chumlee” Russell from History Channel’s reality TV show, Pawn Stars, dined separately at N9NE Steakhouse.  Harrison dined with a friend and enjoyed chicken wontons, a filet and baked potato.  Russell joined a group of friends and had salmon paired with mixed drinks and espresso shots.

Jack Osbourne, star of MTV’s reality TV show, The Osbournes, partied at Playboy Club. He sat at a VIP table with six friends. Osbourne drank Fiji water all night and left the Playboy Club around 2:30 a.m.

Four Nostalgia Top Fuel Dragsters added to Aug. 20-21 Back-to-School Bash

at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway

Four front-engine Top Fuel Nostalgia Dragsters have been added to the Aug. 20-21 spectacular at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Joining Monster Trucks Bigfoot and Ms. Bigfoot, Jet Cars, the world’s biggest names in professional drifting and the Wicked HP Drag Racing Series at The Strip at LVMS’s Back-to-School Bash will be a quartet of nitro-burning, ground-pounding old-school “diggers.”

Topping the bill is Brendan Murry’s “Running Wild” from San Jose, Calif. Murry is the series’ six-time champion. Joining Murry will be Bob Richardson’s “Circuit Breaker,” Mike Fuller’s “Forever Young” and San Diego’s Rick White aboard Chuck Neil’s front-motored rail dragster. The ever-popular nostalgia racers blaze the quarter mile at speeds in excess of 250 mph.

The show at The Strip at LVMS will include Nostalgia Top Fuel Dragsters, Monster Trucks, Jet Dragsters and Jet Cars and the Wicked HP bracket-racing series.

Tanner Foust won last year’s Formula DRIFT meet in Las Vegas in his Rockstar/Hankook Scion Racing tC. The international drifting series attracts the top competitors from the U.S., Japan, Ireland and Sweden.
