What's hot and in a red bikini?? And at Wet Republic?? WHO??

Holly Madison spent her 4th of July basking in the Vegas sun with “Holly’s World” castmates Josh Strickland and Angel Porrino at WET REPUBLIC, hosted by Ciroc. The gorgeous star of PEEPSHOW arrived at the MGM Grand hotspot looking glam in a floor-length Roberto Cavalli leopard-print dress. “I’m really excited to celebrate 4th of July at WET REPUBLIC. I brought all my friends, I love this pool and I’m ready to jump in the water and get in my bikini,” Holly said on the red carpet.

The self-proclaimed workaholic revealed that her love life has slowed as she has “a really hard time meeting guys because I’m so busy, but someday [I’ll meet someone]. I’m definitely open to it.” The Las Vegas starlet said, “I love filming ‘Holly’s World’ and I love doing PEEPSHOW here in Las Vegas. I’m writing a book about Las Vegas as well, so I’m keeping busy with those things and we’ll see what’s next.”

Friend and castmate Angel arrived to the ultimate daylife destination in an off-the-shoulder black cover-up revealing for the first time her generous 21st birthday present from Holly in a red peace-sign stamped bikini. Castmate and co-star of PEEPSHOW Josh looked the part of California beach boy in a tank top, neon yellow sunglasses and crimson bathing suit, and playfully showed off his “Situation” to onlookers.

Always supportive of her new home, Holly attended the UFC 116 battle at MGM Grand the night before. “The UFC fights are just the most exciting events in Las Vegas. There’s always something happening every second at one of the mixed martial arts fights. [With] the gatherings of all the fans and everything, it’s just a great energy,” Holly gushed from her VIP bungalow.

The friends cheered as Holly stripped down to a bright red bikini showing off her American pride. The blonde bombshell divulged that her bikini secrets are simply to eat lots of fruit the day before and never forget a spray tan. Holly immediately made her way to the WET REPUBLIC waterfall and sexily posed for hundreds of ecstatic fans. Holly waved an American flag and soaked up the unrivaled holiday atmosphere at the red, white and blue-decked ultra pool.

Holly and friends enjoyed WET REPUBLIC’s festive Strawberry Margarita Cocktail Push-ups, served by patriotic bikini-clad cocktail servers, as they cooled down in the exclusive VIP dipping pools and mingled with fans. The trio danced to summer hits like Katy Perry’s “California Girls” spun by DJs Echo and Nathan Scott.

Ante up for Africa and play with the STARS!! Matt Damon and Don Cheadle and more!!

The 2010 Ante Up For Africa Celebrity-Charity Poker Tournament on Saturday, July 3 at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas offered a special opportunity as the only event of its kind where the general public can participate. Created by Oscar nominee Don Cheadle and Celebrity Apprentice star and WSOP bracelet winner Annie Duke, the Ante Up for Africa tournament will began at 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 3rd at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino, home of the 41st Annual World Series of Poker® (WSOP).

First place went to professional poker player Phil Gordon, who won a total of $129,086 and donated 100 percent back to the charity.

“I always wanted to win an event at the World Series of Poker,”Gordon said after his win. “Of course, it had to be a non-gold bracelet event.” He has made it to multiple final tables in the WSOP®, but has yet to win a bracelet. Runner-up, actress Shannon Elizabeth, felt similarly after the tournament ended, “I wish the rest of my WSOP had gone the way this tournament went.”

Ante up for Africa attracted 83 players this year including Don Cheadle, Annie Duke, Matt Damon, Brad Garrett, Shannon Elizabeth, Montel Williams, David Alan Grier, Evander Holyfield, Jerome Bettis and poker pros Chris Ferguson, Andy Bloch, Howard Lederer, Phil Gordon, Phil Ivey, John Hennigan, Joe Hachem, Michael Mizrachi, Rafe Furst and Erik Seidel. The No-Limit Hold’em poker tournament required an entry fee of $5,000 and all of the in-the-money finishers donated a portion of their winnings to the charity.

This No-Limit Hold’em poker tournament has an entry fee of $5,000, and places players side-by-side with Hollywood hotshots, superstar athletes and poker professionals, battling it out in a unique charity tournament where you can walk away with a six-figure payday and contribute to a great cause too.

Through humanitarian assistance and policy work the organization seeks lasting solutions to Africa’s worst conflicts like the humanitarian crisis in Darfur, Sudan.  In 2009, the WSOP attracted 60,875 entrants from 115 different countries and awarded over $174 million in prize money.

“This is a great cause and a great event,” said WSOP Vice President Ty Stewart.  “Annie and Don have established quite a tradition with this event and we are honored to host it as part of the World Series of Poker.”
