Cast member of MTV’s Jersey Shore, Paul “DJ Pauly D” DelVecchio was honored with a tanning bed dedication at Sunset Tan inside Drift Spa at Palms Place this afternoon (6.18.10). The bed was named ‘DJ Pauly D’ and is available for public use when guests purchase the GTL (Gym, Tan, Liquor) package for $50 (details below). To commemorate, Pauly D used rhinestone-bedazzled scissors to cut through a hot pink bikini top. Following the dedication, Pauly D made his way to Palms Pool & Bungalows for the weekly Ditch Friday party. Saturday night Chris Mintz-Plasse, who played McLovin in the movie Superbad turned 21 at TAO. Joined by friends including Ryan Cabrera and actor Evan Ross (son of Diana), the group gathered in the private dining room for a meal of signature dishes. Everyone counted down to midnight and screamed “Happy Birthday” as the star became legal. After dinner they hit the nightclub where he jumped into the DJ booth with Olympian Michael Phelps and DJ Vice – the crowd cheered as all they did shots of Patron to mark the occasion. The celebration continued with a cake adorned with sugar beer cans. Michael Phelps and Miss California Nicole Johnson dined at the Asian bistro after spending the day at TAO Beach where the swimmer cooled off in the pool. Former NFL stars Eddie George and Michael Irvin, who also enjoyed TAO Beach during the day, were spotted dining at TAO as well. At LAVO, Mark Mothersbaugh, the lead singer of Devo, dined at LAVO with friends before hitting the nightclub. Michael Johnson was spotted dining at the Italian eatery, as was Pauly Shore. Hockey great Wayne Gretzky enjoyed the Kobe Meatball and Opus One wine. Though Jamie Yager lost The Ultimate Fighter finale he was still in good spirits as he hosted a post fight party at LAVO. Arriving just before midnight with friends they enjoyed cocktails until 3 am while taking in the sounds of DJ Crooked, who of course played “Whip It” in honor of Devo being in the house. Celebs love LAVO! Great place to see and be seen!

It was a star studded night at LAVO on Friday to kick off the weekend. Taking over the private dining room at the Italian eatery was a large group that included Jamie Foxx, Paris and Nicky Hilton, David Katzenberg and Stacey Keibler. In the main dining room Olympian Michael Phelps dined with friends including Miss California Nicole Johnson. Wayne Gretzy stopped by to say hello to Phelps during dinner. Also spotted in the restaurant were former NBA star Robert Horry, Atlanta Falcon Tony Gonzalez and Pro Football Hall of Famer Michael Irvin. The party eventually moved to the club where the stars took over the dance floor. Foxx planted himself atop a VIP table, taking the mic and not letting it go for hours. Playing hype man, Foxx whipped the crowd into a frenzy – stopping several times to celebrate Thursday’s championship win by the LA Lakers. Also spotted in the club was the super sexy Olivia Munn. At TAO, UFC fighter Kenny Florian dined with friends.

Soaking up the rays at Wet Republic! Kristin Cavallari!

Hot reality starlet Kristin Cavallari soaked up the Vegas sun this Saturday at WET REPUBLIC. The Hills beauty arrived looking the part of California girl in a sweet black romper hiding a neon splashed bikini with five-inch white lace-up espadrilles. "I'm here at WET REPUBLIC just to have a good time...Vegas is fun! I like the pools a lot better, [WET REPUBLIC] is like a nightclub in the sun and you're getting a tan. Vegas just has a really great energy," Kristin shared on the red carpet. When it comes to life after The Hills, Kristin revealed, "We have about another month with The Hills and then I have three different reality shows that I want to produce. One of them I'm in the process of doing all the contracts. I'm also designing a shoe line and I want to keep acting. I just started auditioning again and putting myself out there. [My ideal role] would be anything that pushes me outside my comfort zone, which can be a lot of things." Getting nostalgic about The Hills coming to a close, Kristin remembered her favorite memories over the years and said, "Well, I mean personally for me with Laguna Beach, having my graduation on tape and edited with amazing music, it's like a movie in a lot of ways. That's awesome; that's something you can't trade in for the world. I'm older now and I can put in Laguna Beach [DVDs] and see all those memories from high school, so that's really cool." Torn between the country she calls home and her heritage, Kristin can't decide between U.S.A. and Italy as the team to cheer for in the 2010 World Cup, but exclaims, "Of course, I'm rooting for the U.S.A.!" After posing on the red carpet, Kristin approached the thousands of bikini-clad fans to take picture after picture, causing the ecstatic crowd to erupt in cheers for their favorite The Hills bad girl. Later, Kristin made her way to the exclusive VIP bungalow where the tiny star indulged and snacked on WET REPUBLIC's signature Cabana Chop-Chop salad and Country Chicken Tenders. Joined by two friends, Kristin stripped off the romper and hit the dipping pools, playing with beach balls and chatting with fans. The Hills drama queen could not have been more accommodating to fans and staff as she bounced in rhythm to hits like Kid Cudi’s "Pursuit of Happiness" which DJ OB-1 kept spinning all day long. DJ Pauly D dined at N9NE Steakhouse inside Palms Casino Resort Friday night (6.18.10). Accompanied by a party of eight, they sat in the main dining room where they shared ‘Rhode Island-style’ lobster rolls. Pauly D had a mixed green salad, 8-ounce filet with sides of mac and cheese and creamed spinach. Also at N9NE Steakhouse was UFC President, Dana White with four others. White enjoyed the signature rock shrimp and tomato salad to start. For his main course, he indulged in the 12-ounce filet with sides of creamed corn and loaded baked potato. The table shared a dessert platter which included: red velvet cupcakes, crème brulee, chocolate cake, banana cream pie and s ‘mores. At another table, rapper Rev Run (real name Joseph Simmons) dined with a friend. He had the Alaskan King crab legs and mac and cheese. After dinner, Pauly D was spotted ghostbar where he enjoyed the scene from a VIP table with six others. He sipped on Ketel One. Pauly D was also inside Rain Nightclub where he partied from the best seats in the venue, the VIP stage booth. Rev Run was also seen with the group, and he performed with DJ Ruckus. Upstairs at Moon Nightclub, pop rock musician Ryan Cabrera partied with eight friends at a VIP table. They enjoyed Ketel One mixed cocktails. Dana White was also in Moon with eight people. Earlier that afternoon at Palms Pool & Bungalows were: MMA artist Georges St-Pierre (also known as GSP); poker player Steve Dannenmann with three friends; and Pauly D.
