"Summer School Thursdays" will deliver a whole new meaning to the term 'happy hour' as all local ladies with valid ID will drink for free every Thursday night at McFadden's from 10 p.m. until 11 p.m. Sin City's finest females can keep the cocktails flowing throughout the night with $1 drinks from 11 p.m. until close. For those who love to drink big, 32-ounce draft beers will also be available for $5, along with a mix of beer tub and shot specials all night long. With no textbooks or teachers in sight, McFadden's will host a variety of wild and crazy contests each week during "Summer School Thursdays," giving partygoers the chance to win a little cash for tuition. McFadden's invites anyone that has mastered the hand-eye coordination challenge that is beer pong to take part in the weekly beer pong and flip cup competitions held every Thursday night. Debuts “Nickel Beer Night” 5-cent Pabst Blue Ribbon Drafts Available Every Tuesday Todd English P.U.B., the latest concept by three-time James Beard Award-winning celebrity chef Todd English, introduces “Nickel Beer Night” to the Las Vegas Strip. Beginning tonight, Tuesday, April 20, guests can purchase 8-ounce cups of Pabst Blue Ribbon beer for five cents each. Paris and XS are BFF's! Plus Too Short partying on the mic!

Socialite Paris Hilton is becoming a regular at XS Nightclub inside of Encore as she partied at the mega club for the third weekend in a row. She was seated in her regular spot at Victor Drai’s exclusive VIP table along with friends. Doing what she does best, the heiress spent both nights dancing, partying and was the center of attention until the early hours of the morning. Also in the house on Friday night was rapper Too Short. Two members of the rock band Avenged Sevenfold dined at N9NE Steakhouse inside Palms Casino Resort Monday night (6.7.10). Accompanied by a group of six, they started with oysters, tuna tartar and a wedge salad. For their main course, the two rock musicians shared a filet with sides of mac and cheese and green beans. For dessert, they indulged in the signature s’ mores.

• “Watermelon Smash” recipe:

4 watermelon cubes

4 cucumber sticks

3/4 oz. Simple syrup

1/2 oz. Fresh lemon

3/4 oz. Aperol

1.25 oz. Jose Cuervo Platino

In a shaker, muddle the watermelon and cucumber together. Shake and strain remaining ingredients into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a watermelon ball.
