The Oasis has a NEW Look!! Chic Boutique!!

The Motel Re-Imagined Debuts in Downtown Las Vegas! Wow the Oasis has a new look!! Chic Boutique!
By definition, an oasis serves as a pleasant change from what is usual: a haven or retreat. Hence, Oasis at Gold Spike, the name for Stephen Siegel’s newest creation in the heart of Las Vegas’ famed downtown area. The re-developed, 3-story, 50 room boutique hotel connected to Downtown Las Vegas’ just renovated, Gold Spike Hotel & Casino, offers Las Vegas locals and tourists with a distinctive option for exploring both downtown and the famed Strip. Oasis at Gold Spike is owned by The Siegel Group, the destination leader in true boutique hotels whose collection also includes Rumor (opening this summer), Artisan and The Resort on Mt. Charleston. Formerly the forgotten Travel Inn located on the most furthest north section of Las Vegas Blvd., Oasis at Gold Spike today is the Motel Re-Imagined. The hotel is the new spot in Las Vegas where retro meets modern. It’s for the traveler nostalgic for the fun and ease of the true motel experience, but looking for the contemporary, Siegel spin. Oasis is part of the Gold Spike experience, but it offers yet another unique outlook on what staying in Las Vegas is all about. With the mid-century design left intact, the entire property underwent an extensive makeover and now offers an intimate, relaxed, cool vibe experience. Each room’s décor is sleek, minimal and retro-cool featuring crème with dark brown wood furniture and a vibrant aqua splash. Staying true to Downtown Las Vegas, every room at Oasis, as well as Gold Spike, features classic black and white photographs, new stream-lined flat screen televisions, ipod docking stations and the crispest, freshest, whitest linens in town. At the center of Oasis is a brand new modern-style pool and wet deck with an unobstructed view of the classic downtown buildings. With the building as its venue, the Oasis pool will become the spot for poolside parties, gatherings and events. From the new rooms to the pool and adjoining outdoor lounge, Oasis lives up to its name in the grandest fashion. “What Oasis offers its guests is the opportunity to experience not only Las Vegas, but also Downtown Las Vegas in a relaxing way in a boutique hotel setting that’s hip with an easygoing vibe,” says Stephen Siegel, founder and chief operating officer, The Siegel Group. “I’m a big believer in Downtown Las Vegas, and this property was the perfect place to create something entirely new and different for the city. With downtown as the backdrop, we’ve created the perfect place to chill, retreat and party. We were careful not to lose the original feel of the motel; you just don’t find that in Las Vegas anymore. Like all of our hotel properties, the experience is everything at Oasis and Gold Spike.” Now, being connected to the Gold Spike, it also has the distinction of being the only downtown hotel with the famed Las Vegas Blvd. address. Originally opened in 1976 as the Rendezvous, today it is the 7-story, 112-room Gold Spike, which has been completely renovated and re-designed by The Siegel Group. The property has had a total and stunning makeover featuring a new casino; new rooms; new penthouses; new restaurants including a New York-style Pizzeria and the Golden Grill Bar and Sportsbook. Intimate, colorful and friendly, Gold Spike also features an entire all-suite penthouse floor which features connecting suites so that a guest can literally own the floor. In addition, the sprawling suites feature pool tables, a dance pole, outdoor decks and patios, and deliver a high-roller experience at a value price.

The Artisan Hotel is now FABULOUS!!!

The Artisan Hotel in Las Vegas Makes a Stunning Comeback New Rooms; New Restaurant; New Events; New Attitude!!

Everyone loves a comeback! With the Artisan Hotel, the Siegel Group not only brought the hotel back, they made it dramatically better. Having bought the beloved property in 2009 after a series of operational and ownership mishaps, Stephen Siegel knew that the ARTISAN was an exceptional property; therefore, he has personally overseen the extensive renovations which have taken place throughout the hotel. Now, just six months later, the makeover is complete; including the launch of the brand new Mood at the Artisan Restaurant, newly renovated rooms and a sexy new pool experience featuring day beds, cabanas and weekly events. Add to that, the launch of the successful ARTISAN AfterHours, and it is no wonder that the ARTISAN has quickly gained back its legions of loyal fans, while also impressing those walking through the doors for the very first time.

ARTISAN is Las Vegas’ exceptional non-gaming hotel boutique and ultra-lounge. There is not another hotel like it in Las Vegas (or any other city in the world). The 62-room, 2-suite lushly landscaped hideaway, literally covered from floor to ceiling with eclectic art and paintings, elicits surprise and awe from even the most discerning travelers. Arriving at the ARTISAN, the guest surrenders to another world. The experience begins as the valet greets guests and draws open the gilded gothic doors. Stepping into the art-filled lobby, guests are instantly transported to another world as their eyes adjust to the light from sparkling chandeliers and flickering candles. It is 1914 Momartre, an elegant and mysterious world of art, absinthe and decadent indulgence.

The eclectic décor and top-shelf staff make ARTISAN one of the most unique experiences in Las Vegas; it features impeccable service and décor, distinctive rooms, a chic full-service lounge and restaurant, a wedding chapel with the warmth and charm of a small village church and a lushly landscaped Mediterranean pool which is a perfect exotic hideaway where you can lounge in a private cabana or on an oversized daybed.

“My vision is for the ARTISAN to be the ultimate locale for nightlife, weddings, one-of-a-kind events, extended visits and weekend Las Vegas getaways,” notes Stephen Siegel, owner of the Siegel Group.

“This hotel is special, not just for Las Vegas, but any destination. I’ve never seen a hotel like it; when guests walk through the door, they are literally blown away. We had to make major changes to the way the property operates and we’ve focused on every detail—from the check-in to the lounge experience to the dining, events and the entertainment. This is by far the most unique place to have your Las Vegas experience.”

In addition to the extensive renovations, the hotel is launching a brand new line-up of special events and happy hours, and will be announcing new Lounge and poolside events in the coming weeks.

For Additional Information, follow Artisan at: www.artisanhotel.com or at www.facebook.com/artisanlasvegas or on twitter at www.twitter.com/artisanlasvegas
