The Palms were smokin! Just take a look at Tara Reid and Pauly D!! Who else?? CELEBS!!

It was celebrity-packed house at Palms Casino Resort the past couple of days. Actress Keshia Pulliam dined at N9NE Steakhouse with one other guest, and they shared the rock shrimp and tuna tartar. For her main course, Pulliam had the lamb chops.

Others seen in the restaurant included: DJ Pauly D who was in the kitchen taking shots with 9 Group's JRoc and Executive Chef Barry S. Dakake; Tennessee Titan Damian Williams and Tampa Bay Buccaneer Gerald McCoy with 11 guests; retired professional Canadian ice hockey player Gordie Howe with 10 others (also seen signing Chef Barry's jersey); and New York Jet Darelle Revis with six guests.

Upstairs at Nove Italiano, Washington Redskins athlete Clinton Portis enjoyed dinner on the terrace with a party of 11. Portis had the Caesar salad and pennette vodka.

Others at Nove Italiano included: MMA fighter Diego Sanchez who also sat on the terrace with five guests; and actress and TV personality Shar Jackson with five guests who sat in the lounge and indulged in calamari, caprese salad, octopus crudo salad and a couple rounds of specialty cocktails.

Over at Moon Nightclub, Chuy, personal assistant to Chelsea Handler partied at a VIP table with six friends. They sipped on Ketel One mixed drinks.

Rain Nightclub was packed to capacity for the weekly Z-Trip's Revolution party. Spotted were: actress Tara Reid enjoying the scene from a VIP table with one girlfriend; Pittsburgh Steelers players Bryant McFadden and Casey Hampton, Jr. at a VIP table with a large group of 40 friends; Arizona Cardinals athlete Julian Rashad Johnson with 20 friends in a cabana; and Pittsburgh Steelers athlete Willie Johnson, Jr. with seven friends.

Saturday, May 29

On Saturday (5.29.10) over at N9NE Steakhouse, Oakland Raiders athlete Langston Walker dined in the main dining room with a party of five. Walker enjoyed the Caesar salad, followed by the 16-ounce New York steak with sides of mac and cheese, creamed corn and asparagus.

Also at N9NE Steakhouse was New York Jets athlete Dustin Keller with a group of seven. They shared the shellfish platter to start. Keller had the lamb chops with lobster mashed potatoes.

Washington Redskins athlete Clinton Portis dined with a party of 10. Portis indulged in the Alaskan king crab legs and then the bone-in New York steak and lobster tail with lobster mashed potatoes and mac and cheese.

Upstairs at Nove Italiano, DJ Pauly D had dinner with three others, including 9 Group's own JRoc. They feasted on signature dishes such as sausage pizza, calamari, burrata and veal Nove. During dinner, Pauly D took photos with fans.

Later that night, Pauly D and friends partied at Rain Nightclub for Paul Oakenfold's Perfect Vegas. They sipped on Ketel One mixed drinks from their VIP table on the main stage and enjoyed Oakenfold's music set.

At Moon Nightclub, Carolina Panthers athletes Jonathan Stewart and Dwayne Jarrett enjoyed cocktails with eight friends at a VIP table.

Minnesota Vikings athlete Toby Gerhart was spotted in Ghostbar with five friends.

Also at Ghostbar was professional poker player Antonio Esfandiari with two friends.

Earlier that afternoon, Palms Pool & Bungalows was packed to capacity and partygoers enjoyed the Vegas heat. Popular singer Jason Derulo had the crowd going wild when he hit the stage and sang well-known songs including, "Whatcha Say" and "Solo." Derulo was seen relaxing in a cabana with three friends.

Hip-hop artist Baby Bash was also spotted hanging out on stage near the DJ booth with friends. He surprised everyone when he also performed a two-song set, which included hit song, "Cyclone." He drank Ketel One mixed drinks.

Others at Palms Pool included: Clinton Portis in a cabana with six lady friends; Green Bay Packers athlete Nicholas Collins in a cabana with six friends; Chicago Bears athlete Julius Peppers; Oakland Raider Michael Bush in a cabana with friends; Oaklend Raiders Isaiah Ekejiuba and Jerry Porter in a cabana with 12 friends; and actress Tara Reid hanging out on stage near the DJ booth, enjoying Derulo and Baby Bash's performances.

Sunday, May 30

The four-day 2nd Annual Love Festival continued at Palms Casino Resort Sunday night (5.30.10). At N9NE Steakhouse, MMA fighter Randy Couture dined with a party of six. They shared the shellfish platter to start. For his main course, Couture had the Hawaiian swordfish and sipped on Ketel One.

Also at N9NE Steakhouse was DJ Pauly D with five others. The table shared the braised beef ravioli and crispy chicken wontons. Pauly D enjoyed the filet mignon and a side of mac and cheese for his main entrĂ©e. New York Jets athlete Dustin Keller had dinner with seven friends. The table feasted on a family-style meal, which included rock shrimp, New York steak, lamb chops, lobster, mac and cheese and potato gnocchi. Washington Redskins athlete Clinton Portis dined with a lady friend. Portis enjoyed a Caesar salad with grilled shrimp and chicken. He also had a bone-in rib eye with a lobster tail. UFC fighter Clay Guida dined with a large party of 11 in the main dining room. Guida started with the rock shrimp and calamari and then had the lamp chops for his main course. The table shared s’mores for dessert.

Over at Rain Nightclub, DJ Armin Van Buuren entertained the full house. Outside at Palms Pool & Bungalows, Pauly D performed his popular DJ set for nearly three hours.

Earlier that afternoon, Pauly D enjoyed the warm weather in a cabana at Palms Pool & Bungalows with four friends. Also at the pool that day was singer Keri Hilson in a cabana with eight friends.

Afterwards, Pauly D made his way to Nove Italiano for High Society. Also at High Society was actress and TV personality Shar Jackson who enjoyed the scene with two friends. At another table, a group of NFL athletes had a great time and included: New York Jet Dustin Keller, Dallas Cowboy Anthony Spencer, Tennessee Titan Stanford Keglar, Pittsburgh Steeler Eugene Bright and Seattle Seahawk Anthony Heygood.

Surrender...like the movie stars and pretty people do! Sam, Paris and HOT Kaskade

Memorial Day Weekend's Grand Opening of Encore Beach Club and Surrender Nightclub culminated with the debut of Kaskade Sundays, featuring the electronic music artist Kaskade. The man behind the new hit album "Dynasty" took to the turntables just after 2 p.m. to a packed house of dance music fans. Enjoying the set was Avatar star Sam Worthington, who arrived at the venue rocking an eco-friendly man-bag just as Kaskade was about to go on. Worthington watched the scene from a second story cabana while partying with a large group. Also at Encore Beach Club on Sunday, former Dancing With The Stars contestant Stacy Keibler and New Orleans Saints running back Reggie Bush, who returned to the venue for a second day with some friends and his sister. Closing out the weekend festivities later that night at Surrender Nightclub were hit-makers LMFAO and their Party Rock crew, who performed a 30-minute set close to 2 a.m. At the start of their performance Paris Hilton returned to Surrender Nightclub and jumped onto the stage to dance and sing along to the group's song "I'm In Miami Bitch," which was altered for their Vegas location. The group played two more songs then dedicated their "I Am Not A Whore," song to the ladies, who Paris referred to on the mic as "Hungry Tigers." Following the tune, LMFAO said they wouldn't be where they are today if it wasn't for Hilton, who they credited with playing "I'm In Miami Bitch" first. Paris got on the microphone and said she grew up with the guys and that they were "rocking it at the new club Surrender." The group then segued into the song "Shots," which prompted Hilton to down a shot on the stage and continue to jump and dance with the group. Over at Wasted Space, Damian Marley and crew came by late night after his performance with Nas at The Joint earlier in the evening as part of their "Distant Relatives Tour."

Floyd Mayweather was seen taking in the Nas and Damian Marley show at The Joint in one of the VIP suites.

In the City of Lights IT'S PARIS and NE-YO who lit up the Strip! WHERE?

The Memorial Day Weekend Grand Opening of Encore Beach Club and Surrender Nightclub heated up on Saturday with a number of celebrities checking out the Strip's newest hotspot. In the afternoon, R & B sensation Ne-Yo arrived at Encore Beach Club at 2 p.m. and settled into a second story cabana. He drank Dom Perignon Rose and posed for pictures with fans until shortly before 5 p.m., when he headed back to his suite to prepare for his performance later that evening at Surrender Nightclub. At about 3 p.m., Paris Hilton arrived at Encore Beach Club with two girlfriends. Wearing a turquoise bikini and a long skirt, the heiress relaxed in a bungalow for an hour, then circled the pool greeting and taking pictures with fans around the entire 60,000 square-foot complex. Around the same time, New Orleans running back Reggie Bush arrived at Encore Beach Club and was escorted to an upper level cabana where he partied with a bevy of beauties. Fellow Saint Jahri Evans was also spotted partying under the sun, as were Ryan Grant of the Green Bay Packers and St. Louis Rams running back Steven Jackson. Chicago Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher returned for a second day with teammates Israel Idonije and Adewale Ogunleye. Later that evening at Surrender Nightclub, Ne-Yo took center stage for a 20-minute performance under the stars. During his first song, "Miss Independent," he grabbed socialite Paris Hilton from the audience and brought her onto the stage to dance to the hit tune. Ne-Yo went on to sing his hits "Sexy Love," "Closer" and a new song, "Beautiful Monster," from his upcoming album, which the artist said was his first live performance of the tune. After wowing the crowd, the Las Vegas native headed back to a second story cabana where he drank Grey Goose and Red Bull with an entourage of more than a dozen friends. Hilton returned to the hotspot just before Ne-Yo's performance at 12:45 a.m. Clubgoers went wild at the sight of the heiress who wore a black and gold dress with a gold headband. Combined Rockabilly Rod Reunion and NHRA Heritage Series a SUPER Success

Canada’s Boychuk wins Nitro Nostalgia Funny Car finale at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway’s NHRA Heritage Series
The 2010 Rockabilly Rod Reunion/NHRA Heritage Series weekend at The Las Vegas Motor Speedway now is history and Tim Boychuk is celebrating all the way back to Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, after winning the Nitro Nostalgia Funny Car final over Utah’s Steve Macklyn. Boychuck qualified fourth in a field of 25 entries to make the eight-car cutoff. Boychuk blazed the quarter mile in the first round of eliminations – 5.777 sec./247.20 mph – despite the fact that his opponent, Mark Sanders of Maple Valley, Wash. fouled on the starting line. In the second round, Boychuk put Steve Rajcic and the L.A. Hooker Plymouth Arrow on the trailer with a pass of 5.87 sec./240.38 mph. To face Boychuk in the final, Macklyn defeated Roger Garten of Fallbrook, Calif., in the first round and Todd Losenko of Cave Creek, Ariz. in the second. For thousands of fans, it was a great way to spend the Memorial Day Weekend. Held at both The Strip at LVMS and the Neon Garage (in the superspeedway infield), the sun-drenched weekend was packed with cool cars, 18 live bands, rockabilly celebrities, nostalgia drag racing and contests. Lisa Love of Orange County, Calif. won the Miss Rockabilly Rod Reunion contest. Leon Lion of Utah won the smoky burnout contest. Tim Krupa of Lincolnton, N.C. won the AA/Gas finale over Cecil Matthews of Redwood, Calif. Casey Grisel of Orangeville, Calif. singled in the A/Fuel final. Doug Schneider of Las Vegas defeated Scott Horsley of Las Vegas for Hot Rod honors. Jordan Frolka (Simi Valley, Calif.) and Alex Barrett (Beaumont, Calif.) posted identical reaction times (.047) but the win went to Frolka in the Nostalgia Eliminator 1 finale. Jay Huckleberry of Porterville, Calif., scored the Nostalgia Eliminator 2 trophy over Henderson’s Dick Krieger. Tim Beeman of Red Bluff, Calif. topped Carson City’s Troy Moyle for Nostalgia Eliminator 3 honors. Jimmy White of Covina, Calif. won the A/Gas final over La Mirada, Calif. native Augustine Herrera. Casey Trear of Santa Maria, Calif. scored B/Gas honors over Doug Araiza of Santa Paula, Calif. Bakersfield’s Josh Conrad defeated La Jolla’s Ed Carey for the D/Gas win. The 7.0 Pro class fell to Will Martin of Glendora, Calif. Dean Carter of Glendale, Ariz. Took Jr. Fuel honors over Bud Hammer of Oxnard, Calif.

UFC Celebs and Winners Party! Rashad Evans and Forrest Griffin and MORE! Pics!

MGM Grand buzzed with energy this Memorial Weed-end after the highly anticipated UFC 114 mixed martial arts battle resulted in a unanimous win for Rashad Evans. Hundreds of loyal fans gathered outside TabĂº Ultra Lounge to catch a glimpse of the champion as he entered the sophisticated hot spot for his official post-fight party to celebrate the victory. Upon his arrival, the crowd wildly cheered with congratulations for the sharply dressed Evans, who was all smiles in his blue-checkered button-down, navy tie and suit. The UFC winner basked in the glory of his success with an entourage 30-deep, including his supportive wife LaToya.

Once inside the sexy ultra lounge, fans applauded Evans as he made his way to the exclusive VIP lounge. The champion immediately started dancing and remained on his feet throughout the night enjoying the killer beats of DJ MattyMatt. The electric party scene continued through early morning, with the packed crowd dancing to hits like Lil John’s “Get Out of Your Mind.” Famed UFC announcer Bruce Buffer made a surprise appearance at TabĂº and took to the mic to offer congratulations to the man of the hour.

Meanwhile, Studio 54 welcomed celebrity UFC fighters Forrest Griffin, Josh Koscheck, Cain Velasquez and fans at its post-fight party. Injured Griffin appeared to be having the time of his life despite his arm brace, as he playfully posed on the red carpet with Studio 54 models. Dressed in a simple t-shirt and sweat pants, Griffin mastered the art of boyish charm. Koscheck arrived to the iconic nightclub wearing a cut-off t-shirt and classic Converse tennis shoes. Velasquez threw up fighting arms and peace signs as he posed for the cameras. The fighters mingled and took pictures with overjoyed fans before making their way into the famed Vegas destination to party to the sounds of resident DJ Skribble.

Memorial Day at Encore Beach Club and Surrender Nightclub! CELEBS and ATHLETES!

Memorial Day Weekend in Vegas kicked off on Friday with the long awaited opening of the Encore Beach Club and Surrender Nightclub. The 60,000-square-foot Encore Beach Club features a lush oasis with three tiered pools, daybeds featuring private safes and 26 cabanas outfitted with refrigerators and flat screen televisions. Eight bungalows span across two stories, offering views of the Las Vegas Strip with hot tubs, showers, lavish furnishings and a temperature-controlled cooling and heating system. Enjoying the afternoon in one of the 350- square foot bungalows was Chicago Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher, while linebackers Terrell Suggs of the Baltimore Ravens and Nick Barnett from the Green Bay Packers commanded a cabana. Local headliner Carrot Top walked the venue and posed for photos with fans before enjoying a snack at the Encore Beach Club Grill. The party continued Friday evening with the opening of Surrender Nightclub. Club goers crowded the DJ booth to hear the electro house tunes of DJ Steve Aoki, who took over the outdoor turntables at 1am for his weekly residency at "Aoki's House." The "In Da House" artist hopped on top of the DJ booth mid-set and doused the energetic audience with champagne. The Party Started Early at The Palms at The N9NE Group!!

Running back for the St. Louis Rams Steven Jackson dined at N9NE Steakhouse inside Palms Casino Resort Thursday night (5.27.10). Accompanied by one other guest, Jackson had the rock shrimp and wontons to start. He enjoyed the filet mignon for his main course.

Also dining at the restaurant was: NBA athlete for Chicago Bulls Charles Oakley with a party of seven and NFL athlete for Arizona Cardinals Larry Fitzgerald who sat in the private dining room with his guest.

Upstairs at Nove Italiano, hip-hop icon Rev Run dined with one guest. They sat in the garden room where Executive Chefs Geno Bernardo (Nove Italiano) and Barry S. Dakake (N9NE Steakhouse) visited them. Rev Run and guest enjoyed salad and a number of the restaurant’s signature dishes. Rev Run was also seen in the kitchen signing Bernardo’s celebrity door.

At Rain Nightclub, NHL player Ryan Kesler was spotted hanging out with six friends at a VIP table on the main stage. The group enjoyed Down & Derby, the roller skating disco party that takes place monthly inside the nightclub. Some of Kesler’s friends were also seen on the dance floor on skates.

Earlier that afternoon, running back for the Washington Redskins Clinton Portis was spotted hanging out at Palms Pool & Bungalows with 12 friends. They enjoyed the scene from a cabana where they sipped on Ketel One and snacked on sandwiches and salad.
