CRUSH, Morton Group’s American grill at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, will enchant couples this Valentine’s Day with an indulgent dinner for two, available exclusively from 4:30 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 14.
Created by Morton Group Culinary Director William DeMarco, CRUSH will feature a la carte specials for lovebirds to share and enjoy. The menu will include tuna crudo with tangerine, red onion, fresh chili and citrus soy vinaigrette, priced at $24; followed by opulent main courses of 5-ounce butter poached twin lobster tails served with pencil asparagus and potato gratin, priced at $64; and an 18-ounce Black Angus T-bone steak, priced at $79.
To add to the special occasion, couples can pair the dinner with CRUSH’s diverse wine list which offers global varietals by the glass and bottle. CRUSH also features an array of playful and unique cocktails, including the “Kiss and Tell,” crafted with Spring 44 Gin, lemongrass and star anise syrup, fresh lemon juice and guava topped with prosecco, priced at $21.
