Known for their creative, fun and approachable-for-all menu and special events, the team at FIRST Food & Bar announces a month of celebration for the holidays, including food and drink specials, kids activities and holiday traditions! The celebration will take place during The Venetian® and The Palazzo’s Winter in Venice™ which now runs through Jan. 8 featuring 49 days of holiday festivities throughout both resorts.

SATURDAY, NOV. 26

1 p.m. – 5 p.m. – Chef Sam “Sammy D” DeMarco and the FIRST chefs will be roasting chestnuts on-site and serving Hot Apple Cider, Hot Chocolate and Chocolate Cookie Dough Truffles. Event will take place at the exterior of The Venetian by the outdoor gondolas. Event will take place at the exterior of The Venetian by the outdoor gondolas and is free and open to the public.

SATURDAY, DEC. 3

10 a.m. – Noon – FIRST Food & Bar hosts kids of all ages for the Children’s Holiday Treat Production Class. Children can come to FIRST’s Private Dining Room during these ours and create a holiday treat for free. Gingerbread Man and chocolate covered pretzel rod decorating with toppings including, sprinkles, marshmallows and candy pieces. Hot chocolate with candy canes and marshmallows will also be served.

Additionally, throughout the Winter in Venice celebration (Jan. 8, 2012) FIRST Food & Bar will be offering exclusive pre-fixe menus for both lunch and dinner at great values, which will include dishes such as pumpkin ravioli, Thanksgiving on a roll, venison meatloaf and turkey pot pie. Diners can enjoy a two-course pre-fixe lunch menu at just $18 per person which is paired with a celebratory holiday cocktail. A three-course pre-fixe dinner menu, also paired with a holiday cocktail, will be available for just $25 per person. Reservations can be made by calling  702-607-3478.      .
