ONE Steakhouse, brothers Michael Morton and David Morton’s stylish steakhouse at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, part of Curio Collection by Hilton, is now showcasing a weekly live music series, a welcome aperitif and delectable weekly menu specials.
ONE Steakhouse is now extending a gracious welcome to all patrons with a complimentary handcrafted cocktail served from a custom-made beverage cart. A sampling of the featured cocktails include the “ONE and Buzzed” crafted with D'usse VSOP Cognac, Luxardo Maraschino cherry liqueur, fresh cactus pear and pomegranate juice, served in a glass garnished with Electricdust™, a natural alkaloid from the Buzz Button flower that enhances the drink’s flavors.
Enhancing the lounge experience, ONE will feature a new live music series, “Thursdays Live” in the lounge every Thursday from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m., starting on Thursday, Jan. 25. An exceptional lineup includes contemporary artists like Sara Loera, a sultry singer who reimagines iconic rock favorites, who will perform weekly from Thursday, Jan. 25 through Thursday, Feb. 15.
Executive Chef William DeMarco is now featuring new menu specials each week. Offerings from now through Sunday, Feb. 11 include:
Monday, Jan. 22 - Monday, Jan. 29: Pacifico striped bass served with cannellini beans, carrots and bacon, priced at $46.
Monday, Jan. 29 - Sunday, Feb. 4: Grilled jumbo shrimp appetizer, which includes four jumbo shrimp served with grilled ciabatta and sherry garlic butter, priced at $32.
Monday, Feb. 5 - Sunday, Feb. 11: Dover sole with lemon brown butter, capers and asparagus, priced at $49.
ONE Steakhouse serves an impressive selection of steaks, including Japanese Satsuma wagyu, and reimagined surf and turf selections. Other signature delights include crispy tiger shrimp with cherry pepper aioli and chili cilantro sauce; baked short rib rigatoni featuring whipped burrata, roasted tomato sauce and basil; roasted lamb chops complete with rosemary fondant, creamed spinach and currant jus; and fennel-crusted salmon served with marble potatoes and lobster butter.
Located just off the casino floor, ONE welcomes passersby with a sexy lounge presented under the canopy of a beautiful 3,000-light LED chandelier. Upstairs, guests will find a striking atrium lounge with expansive windows that open up to the outdoors.
