BRAVO! Cucina Italiana & BRIO Offer Scrumptious Easter Brunch Dishes


This Saturday, April 15 and Sunday, April 16 sister ‘ristorantes’ BRAVO! Cucina Italiana (BRAVO!) and BRIO Tuscan Grille (BRIO) will serve up an egg-cellent Easter brunch full of festive, flavorful menu items including classic breakfast dishes and specialty entrĂ©es from the grill. In addition to the holiday brunch menus, both BRIO locations (Tivoli Village and Town Square) and BRAVO! (Galleria at Sunset) will open early at 10 a.m. Easter Sunday.

BRAVO!’s Easter menu will be served until 3 p.m. and includes:

·         Berries & Cream French Toast ($9.99) – Sweet, cream cheese-stuffed French toast drizzled in honey and topped with cinnamon and fresh berry compote and served with crispy bacon
·         Seasonal Frittata ($10.99) – A hearty egg dish with sweet balsamic onions, fresh broccoli and Boursin cheese served with crisp field greens drizzled in a balsamic vinaigrette with tomatoes, Gorgonzola cheese and pine nuts
·         Open-Faced Biscuit Sandwich ($9.49) – Over easy cage-free eggs atop warm biscuits finished with tomatoes, arugula, savory candied bacon, white American cheese and green onion mayonnaise with Sriracha aioli and served with a side of fresh fruit
·         Sicilian Omelet ($10.99) – A rich omelet filled with cherry wood smoked ham, crispy bacon and sweet Italian sausage with tomato compote, caramelized onions and fresh Mozzarella cheese served with a hearty potion of brunch potatoes
·         Parmesan-crusted Beef Medallions ($23.99) – Juicy, parmesan-crusted medallions served with roasted potato, bacon hash and grilled asparagus
·         BRAVO!’s Grilled Pork Chops (Single $16.99, Double $22.99) – Tender, grilled-to-order pork chop served with creamy mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables
·         Grilled Jumbo Shrimp ($16.99) – Grilled jump shrimp atop a bed of roasted peppers, zucchini, sugar snap peas, orzo, farro, basil and Feta cheese, finished in a roasted red pepper cream sauce

BRIO’s Easter brunch menu will be served until 3 p.m. and includes:
·         Frittata Al Forno ($11.50) – Eggs with al dente angel hair pasta, crispy bacon, caramelized onions and fresh spinach and artichokes with Asiago cheese and Parmesan cheese cream accompanied by a side of fresh fruit
·         Sicilian Omelet  ($12.95) – A hearty omelet filled with ham, savory bacon, sausage, caramelized onions and roasted tomatoes with Mozzarella cheese served with a side of crispy breakfast potatoes
·         Ham & Biscuit Benedict ($11.50) – Poached, cage-free eggs atop two biscuits finished with creamy hollandaise sauce and grilled asparagus and served with a side of brunch potatoes
·         Berries & Cream French Toast ($11.95) – Cream cheese stuffed French toast topped with fresh berries and paired with a side of bacon
·         Shrimp & Grits ($13.35) – Savory black pepper shrimp over creamy, smoked Gouda cheese polenta with a poached cage-free egg and a side of fresh ciabatta
·         BRIO Surf & Turf ($35.95) – A 5 oz. made-to-order filet paired with tender broiled Maine lobster tail complete with creamy mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables
·         Gorgonzola Crusted Lamb Chops ($29.95) – Tender, New Zealand raised, Gorgonzola cheese crusted lamb chops drizzled in a savory Marsala mushroom sauce, served with grilled asparagus and creamy mashed potatoes
