Sugar Factory, America's favorite eatery and confectionary shop, is now open with an over-the-top dining attraction on the Las Vegas Strip at Fashion Show Mall. Comprised of two stories spanning 22,000 square feet, the new location offers pure entertainment for guests of all ages and for any occasion. The restaurant boasts a dazzling Moulin Rouge marquee, a walk up indoor/outdoor carousel bar serving signature goblets, outdoor patios on both levels with a daiquiri bar upstairs showcasing a spectacular Strip view, a carousel surrounded by a "candyland" inspired garden that leads to a gazebo, an extensive candy selection in the confectionary shop and an overindulgent Chocolate Lounge on the second level.
Upon entering Sugar Factory, guests are greeted with a floor-to-ceiling candy dot wall and candy bins featuring more than 500 types of candy including the world-famous Couture Pops, chocolate covered gummy bears, jelly beans of various flavors, and a wide selection of delicious chocolates. In addition to the endless candy options, guests can choose from two glass cases filled with homemade ice cream and gelato, or milkshakes, fresh homemade pastries, and coffee.
Extravagant chandeliers and luxurious red booths adorn the main dining room that leads to a full service indoor and outdoor goblet and daquiri bar emulating the look of a white marble carousel. On the second floor, guests enter the "Sugar Factory Attraction" with a whimsical "candyland" themed 14-seat horse-drawn carousel surrounded by 5,000 light-up candy flowers, oversized cupcakes, lollipops, and animal sculptures that overlook spectacular views of The Strip. The garden leads to a private gazebo covered in twinkling lights available for private parties.
Sitting atop the flagship restaurant is the Sugar Factory Chocolate Lounge where chocolate lovers' fantasies are turned into reality in a space embellished with gold and caramel tones and floor-to-ceiling windows. The menu features an abundant selection of decadent chocolate-based martinis and cocktails such as German chocolate cake, chocolate mudslide martini, and the caramel truffle, all served in delectable chocolate-dipped glassware. Guests can pair their drink with an extensive selection of more than two dozen truffles including cognac, praline nougatine, and clavados white truffle hearts. Those looking to complete the extravagant experience can request the "Chocolate Gold" fondue containing a gold coated dark chocolate truffle melted tableside and served with edible gold coated items including chocolate nuggets, truffles, gummy bears, strawberries, chocolate cupcakes, and homemade chocolate bars.
Sugar Factory's menu is available throughout the restaurant with signature items such as savory crepes, delicious salads, monster burgers, insane milkshakes, and specialty pizzas. The restaurant's legendary desserts top the menu with the awe-inspiring King Kong Sundae serving up to 12 people with 24 scoops of ice cream and endless toppings.
