Pancho's Taco Special by Chris Wessling
Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, located in Downtown Summerlin, will give guests something to taco ‘bout with $2.50 taco specials from 5 to 9 p.m. in the restaurant’s festive cantina. Guests will have a choice between shredded chicken, shredded beef or ground beef filling, stuffed in a crispy, golden taco shell and topped with diced tomatoes, lettuce and shredded cheese, priced at $2.50 each.
Pair either of these specials with a margarita, and you have yourself a party.
