Love Sushi? Summer Local's Menu & Restaurant Week Offerings From Sushi Roku

This summer, Innovative Dining Group’s Sushi Roku, located in the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, invites guests to experience an array of value-driven dishes and menus. From participating in Las Vegas Restaurant Week (June 6 – 17) Chef Haru presents seafood-centric offerings for all sushi lovers.

Summer Local’s Menu
Kicking off this Memorial Day weekend and running through Labor Day, Sushi Roku’s annual Summer Local’s Menu (May 29 – September 5; also, an appropriate choice for International Sushi Day on June 18!) returns, featuring three-course prix-fixe items ($49*/per person), including:

Appetizers (choice of one)
·         Santen Mori-surf – Tuna Carpaccio, Yellowtail Sashimi with Diced Chiles, and Albacore Sashimi with Crispy Onions
·         Santen Mori-turf – Beef Rib-Eye wrapped Asparagus, Chicken Tatsua-Age, Bacon Wrapped Cherry Tomato
Entrée (choice of one)
·         Beef Medallion & Spicy Jumbo Shrimp with Soy Garlic Sauce
·         Sushi Assortment – Tuna, Yellowtail, Salmon, Albacore, Fluke, Shrimp and California Roll
Dessert
·         Mini Volcano Cake

NOTE: Locals receive 20% off all year upon request and proof of valid ID.

Las Vegas Restaurant Week
Additionally, during Las Vegas Restaurant Week (June 6 – 17) Sushi Roku will offer three-course prix-fixe menus for lunch ($30*) and dinner ($50*). Chef Haru will prepare an assortment of classic sushi dishes to support Three Square and its mission to end hunger in Southern Nevada through this culinary event. ·         First Course – Seaweed Salad with Ginger Dressing
·         Second Course – Assorted Sushi Selection – Tuna, Yellowtail, Albacore, Whitefish with Spicy Tuna Roll
·         Third Course – Mochi Ice Cream (choice of three) – Green Tea, Mango, Raspberry, Chocolate Espresso
Dinner
·         First Course – Santen Mori – Albacore Sashimi with Crispy Onion, Yellowtail Diced Chiles, and Tuna Carpaccio
·         Second Course – Roku “Signature Sushi” Ume – Tuna, Yellowtail, Salmon, Sea Bream, King Crab Nigiri, with Baked Crab
·         Third Course – Chocolate Roll Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream
