The 2016 Great Vegas Festival of Beer (GVFB) Still Has Tix Available!!

The 2016 Great Vegas Festival of Beer (GVFB) is set to take place in Downtown Las Vegas on Saturday, April 9, from 3 to 7 p.m. This year, event organizer Motley Brews has partnered with a variety of local and national companies to bring their vision for this year’s festival to life, including PT’s Brewing Company, Modern Times Beer, Crafthaus Brewery, Zappos.com, Land Rover Las Vegas, PKWY Tavern, Topgolf Las Vegas, RESQWATER Proactive Recovery, Small Town Brewery, Atomic Liquors, Searsucker, Herringbone, Bunkhouse Saloon, Whole Foods Market, Red Bull, Barefoot Wine, Peterson Farms and MGM’s Beerhaus.

As presenting sponsor for the 2016 GVFB, PT’s Brewing Company will have a centrally located tent featuring six premier beer selections along with signature pub dishes, pub games and a “chill zone.” In addition, PT’s Brewing Company brewmaster Dave Otto will debut the “Official 2016 GVFB Beer,” a guava pale ale exclusively available at this year’s festival.

New to this year’s festival, ticketholders looking to add some soul to their afternoon can sample funky, sour beers while enjoying funk music inside “The Funk,” an experience zone sponsored by Modern Times Beer and Crafthaus Brewery.

Zappos.com returns for the second-consecutive year, to create the festival favorite Human Arcade, which features life-sized pub games. Adding more entertainment options to the festival, Land Rover Las Vegas will provide a shaded area to take a break from the sun, and they’ll also keep guests grooving with music pulsing from “Clifford,” a Land Rover vehicle with a top-notch sound system, while Small Town Brewery will keep the music bumping from the oversized pirate ship display. Festival goers should keep an eye out for the Silent Disco, and grab a Red Bull before putting on their dancing shoes. New to this year’s festival and Las Vegas, Topgolf Las Vegas will add a special flare before opening later this year.

RESQWATER Proactive Recovery is the official anti-hangover drink of the GVFB. They will feature two stations throughout the festival to keep festival goers hydrated so they can celebrate all the great brews and wake up feeling refreshed and ready for a productive day. Fans looking to take a break from the sun will have the opportunity to attend BrewLogic sessions to learn the ins and outs of craft beer with industry professionals, hosted inside Atomic Liquors.

Peterson Farms, known for the unparalleled quality of their apples, cherries, blueberries, peaches and plums that many brewers turn to for ingredients to make their gluten-free hard ciders, is also a proud sponsor of the 2016 GVFB.

VIP ticketholders have the exclusive opportunity to enjoy the VIP Brewers Lounge inside the redesigned Bunkhouse Saloon. Elevating the VIP experience, Las Vegas’ most discerning brew and food enthusiasts will have the opportunity to taste rare pours while sampling dishes specially prepared by Searsucker and Herringbone, made with Whole Foods Market’s high-quality ingredients designed to make each dish shine. VIP guests will also have the opportunity to enjoy Barefoot Wine’s specialty mimosa bar inside the VIP Brewers Lounge.

MGM’s Beerhaus will be hosting the Media Hub at this year’s GVFB where media and industry guests will have the opportunity to taste exclusive pours and signature food offerings which will be available at Beerhaus beginning this spring.

Tickets are now on sale and priced at $40 for General Admission and $50 for Early Entry until Saturday, April 9. VIP tickets are sold out. A limited number of tickets will be available at the door for $45 for General Admission and $55 for Early Entry.
