Downtown Summerlin’s popular neighborhood steakhouse Andiron Steak & Sea welcomes in a new season with new dinner menu items, live music four days a week, an updated bar menu and weekly events including Local Love Tuesdays.
Andiron Executive Chef Micah Waltz makes his stamp on the new spring menu with a variety of flavorful new items for dinner including Spring Pea Soup with carrots, parmesan, thyme croutons; Foie Gras & Waffles served with huckleberries, bourbon syrup and organic watercress; and Kale & Endive Salad with shaved radish, pine nuts, ricotta salata in a fresno pepper vinaigrette. The Ice Bar also gets an update with a Create Your Own Platter option with choice of oysters, shrimp, king crab or half Maine lobster. Carnivores will delight in new cuts of meat including Dry-Aged Prime Rib Eye, Creekstone Farms Cowboy Rib Eye and Angus 300 Dry-Aged NY Strip, in addition to a new Seared Foie Gras “Add On.” Other menu additions include Whole Maine Lobster with melted butter; Colorado Lamb T-Bones with rosemary and garlic breadcrumbs; and Serrano Ham Crusted Salmon served with roasted cipollini onions, spaghetti squash and aji Amarillo to the menu.
As a Tuesday treat, Andiron brings “Local Love Tuesdays” to Summerlin every week, embracing crowds with $5 martinis and $1 oysters from 5 p.m. – close in the bar and on the patio. The full Happy Hour menu is also available allowing guests to sip on a variety of specially priced cocktails, beer and wine.
For those wanting a light bite, the Andiron Bar Menu is full of snacks available all evening including new items like Bacon Jalapeno Churros with white cheddar powder; Beef Tartare Toast with mustard and arugula; Pigs in the Blanket with puff pastry and steak sauce; Buffalo Waffle Chips with blue cheese dip; and White Cheddar Popcorn served in a brown bag.
Andiron now features an eclectic mix of Las Vegas’ musical talent four days a week including singer/songwriter Kaylie Foster every Wednesday evening 7 – 10 p.m.; Hawaii-native and American Idol contestant, Mahi Crabbe 6 – 9 p.m. on Thursdays; the swinging jazz sounds of the Howard Baker Trio Fridays 7 – 10 p.m.; and the beats of Silla the Thrilla during Sunday brunch.
Andiron also welcomes Sunday with Summerlin’s hottest brunch beginning at 10 a.m. and during dinner hours, the popular Prime Rib Sundays with Herb-Crusted Prime Rib with grilled brocollini, Yorkshire pudding, horseradish and red wine bordelaise, served with the Sunday Sundae.
Andiron Steak & Sea serves Dinner seven days a week from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m., Sunday Brunch from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m., Happy Hour eatures beverage specials from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. daily, and for those looking for a casual dining experience, a newly expanded Bar Menu is available in the bar and lounge each night from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. Located at 1720 Festival Plaza Drive at Downtown Summerlin, Andiron is situated on the North Side of the shopping and dining destination near Ethan Allen.
