Enjoy A Thoroughly Enjoyable Fabulous Easter Brunch At HEXX Kitchen + Bar


Experience an Easter full of flavor at HEXX Kitchen + Bar at Paris Las Vegas with a flavorful brunch and lavish dinner special, available exclusively on Sunday, March 27.

HEXX’s brunch selections include baked French toast, served with mascarpone, fresh banana, HEXX’s signature Ecuadorean chocolate and bourbon syrup, priced at $13.95; and classically prepared quiche, filled with onion, potato, chorizo, snow white cheddar cheese and egg, priced at $14.95, among other decadent selections.

Plus, HEXX will be in the Easter ‘spirit’ with an array of brunch cocktails, including champagne by the glass and signature mimosas. HEXX’s Signature Colossal Bloody Mary might just be the ultimate brunch cocktail. Made with organic basil-infused vodka, house-made bloody mary mix, jumbo shrimp, Alaskan king crab leg, bacon, beef stick, peppers and picked vegetables, the over-the-top concoction is served in a mini pitcher and priced at $38. HEXX’s Sunday brunch selections will be served from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.

For Easter dinner, Executive Chef Matthew Piekarski will serve mint and herb crusted rack of lamb, accompanied by a house-made jalapeƱo pepper mint jelly, brown sugar sweet potatoes and a roasted Brussels sprouts salad, priced at $34.95.
