Easter Menus & Easter Happenings At The Venetian/Palazzo


Gather the family and join The Venetian® and The Palazzo® Las Vegas as they celebrate Easter Sunday with a variety of special food, drink and spa experiences in honor of the joyful holiday. Dining specials are available from Buddy V's Ristorante, Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro, and Emeril Lagasse's Table 10, to name a few. In addition to the restaurants' special meals, Canyon Ranch SpaClub will offer seasonal deals to refresh the body and mind.

BOUCHON BISTRO
In addition to its regular brunch menu, Chef Thomas Keller's Bouchon Bistro -  located on the 10th floor of the Venezia Tower - will be offering Easter Sunday specials for the whole family from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. A la carte Easter brunch specials include an asparagus salad with poached egg and Bayonne ham, lobster Benedict with peas and mushrooms, as well as Bouchon Bakery's house-made English muffins and blueberry pancakes.  Easter brunch is served on a walk-in basis only.  For more information, call 702.414.6200.

BUDDY V'S RISTORANTE
Buddy V's is gearing up for Easter Sunday with a special holiday-inspired brunch, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. In addition to buffet-style offerings, guests can enjoy dishes including roasted leg of lamb with a tomato-rosemary tapenade; pizza rustica with prosciutto, basil and ricotta cheese; banana-caramel bread pudding; and the Easter Bunny's carrot cake trifle. CAÑONITA
Set amidst the Grand Canal at The Venetian, Cañonita's lively atmosphere and "south of the border" menu is serving up specialty menu items for the holiday. Guests can dine on Mexican Venus clams (delicately steamed in Bohemia beer, arbol chiles and butter, $13); pork tenderloin (oven-roasted pork tenderloin, grilled zucchini blossom quesadilla, tomato relish, $25); and a rustic blueberry ginger tart (with lemon basil ice cream and blueberry sauce, $8). MORELS FRENCH STEAKHOUSE & BISTRO
Celebrate Easter Sunday in true fashion at Morels with a holiday brunch menu, along with a special visit from the Easter Bunny. Perfect for the whole family, guests are invited to meet, greet, and take photos with the illustrious bunny from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Children eight-years-old and under will also be treated to a complimentary breakfast buffet from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. To continue the fun, children can enjoy a variety of activities including balloon animal making and face painting, and will have the chance to receive a prize-filled egg, and holiday pancakes. In honor of Easter Sunday, Chef Jeff Espero at Public House has created a special stuffed roast leg of lamb. This Easter favorite is stuffed with spinach, mushrooms, and prosciutto. It is paired with seasonal vegetables and IPA beer-batter squash blossoms filled with goat cheese, then topped with hard cider lamb jus for $32, available for lunch and dinner.
