Some Well Known People Stop By La Comida! Who?

It was a festive Wednesday evening at Michael and Jenna Morton’s La Comida, located in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas. Sarah Thomas, the NFL’s first full-time female referee, and Grahame Patrick, an Elvis tribute artist for the local “Legends in Concert” show, each stopped by the popular downtown restaurant on Wednesday evening.

Thomas, accompanied by a group of five guests, sipped on La Comida’s signature blood orange margarita and shared selections including queso fundido, fajitas, carnitas and carne asada tacos with her group. The group appeared in great spirits and commented on how much they enjoyed the food.

Patrick, a friend of resident mixologist John O’Donnell, sat at the bar and sipped on a blood orange margarita. He was overheard commenting on his upcoming tour dates with “Elvis das Musical.”

La Comida is open Monday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m., Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 a.m., and Saturday from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m.  For reservations please call, 702.463.9900.
