It's A "Tale Of Two Risottos" At Brio Italian Restaurants

For centuries, risotto has been a dish savored by the Italians and people across the world who embrace the exceptional style of Italian cooking. Starting Jan. 19 through March 27, BRIO Tuscan Grille (BRIO) at Town Square and Tivoli Village will offer not only one, but two delectable and distinctive risotto dishes to guests through its “Tale of Two Risottos” promotion. Both dishes are available at lunch and dinner for $19.95.
A “Tale of Two Risottos” brings the following savory risotto specials:

Lobster and Shrimp Risotto: Broiled Maine lobster tail served over creamy risotto with shrimp, mushrooms, asparagus, red peppers, basil and Parmesan cheese

Sea Scallops with Risotto: Five large, seared sea scallops served over a roasted vegetable ratatouille risotto

For the perfect complement to either of the risotto dishes and to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Conundrum white wine, BRIO recommends Conundrum white blend or red blend, priced at $11.95 glass.

“Authentic Italian risotto takes great care and expertise to make right (it’s typically the dish that causes contestants to lose on various Food Network challenges), and BRIO is one of few restaurants to make the commitment necessary to serve a perfect risotto every day,” said BBRG President & Chief Executive Officer Brian O’Malley. “At BRIO, we are pleased to offer guests this perennial favorite along with succulent lobster and shrimp or delicate sea scallops through our ‘Tale of Two Risottos’ promotion.”

BRIO locations in Las Vegas are at Tivoli Village and Town Square. Hours of operation are 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. at Tivoli Village and 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. at Town Square. Reservations are highly suggested and can be made online by visiting BrioItalian.com. Reservations can also be made at Tivoli Village by calling 702-433-1233 or at the Town Square location by calling 702-914-9145.
