the Madness of March as Fremont Street Experience celebrates college basketball
with March Hoops, a month-long event from Thursday, March 1 through Friday,
March 28 and NASCAR Weekend with Race Jam from Thursday, March 8 to Sunday,
March 11. Additionally, “paint downtown
green” on St. Patrick’s Day with drink specials and free entertainment all
weekend.

March
Hoops at Fremont Street Experience features free entertainment every night with
two high-energy, sexy stage shows featuring dancers and singers -- Hardwood
Hotties (Tuesdays – Sundays) and Dream Team Divas (Wednesdays – Mondays) by
Face Productions -- and the High Hoops Zone interactive area where guests can
test their skills at 20-, 25- and 30-foot basketball hoops. Beginning March 13,
Fremont Street Experience will showcase the world’s largest NCAA bracket on the
1,500-foot long Viva Vision screen, which will be updated daily throughout the
NCAA tournament.
During
the Sweet Sixteen from March 22 – 25, U2 tribute band L.A. Vation and Bon Jovi
tribute band Wanted will be the featured entertainment.
Race
Jam 2012
From
Thursday, March 8 to Sunday, March 11 the spirit of NASCAR will take over
Fremont Street Experience. With plenty
of fast-paced fun, the racing weekend will feature drink specials, NASCAR
merchandise booths and three days of rocking entertainment with AC/DC tribute
band Bonfire, Red Not Chili Peppers, Arena and Jay Bolan Band.
St.
Patrick’s Day
Fremont
Street Experience invites Las Vegas locals and tourists to celebrate St.
Patrick’s Day all weekend long with free concerts from Thursday, March 15 to
Sunday, March 18. Tribute bands Vegas U2 and Red Not Chili Peppers will be on
hand for those who want to rock out.
Feeling a little bit more Irish, enjoy traditional and Celtic music with
special appearances from legendary bands Finnegan’s Wake and Whiskey Galore on
March 17.
Drink
specials will be available throughout the month of March: Captain Morgan Black
for March Hoops, Crown Royal for Race Jam and Bushmills Irish Honey Whiskey for
St. Patrick’s Day weekend.
Fremont
Street Experience is a five-block entertainment complex located in historic
