Spotted back in Las Vegas this week, Carlos Santana and his fiancée Cindy Blackman seen car shopping and having dinner at Texas de Brazil. Santana is currently preparing for his wedding later this month in Hawaii and for his return to The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in 2011.
