along with “The Lips of an Angel” with a free concert by Hinder during Fremont
Street Experience’s Rock of Vegas summer concert series on Saturday, June 8 at
9 p.m. at the 1st Street Stage. The legendary downtown Las Vegas entertainment
venue will transform into summer’s alternative destination through Labor Day
weekend with a free concert series that showcases a stellar lineup of bands
that take music to the edge.

debuted on the rock scene in 2005 with their first album Extreme Behavior,
which sold over three-million copies in the U.S. and featured the breakthrough
single “Lips of an Angel” which hit #1 on the Billboard Pop Chart. The album
also featured hits “Better Than Me” and “Get Stoned.” The follow-up in 2008,
Take it to the Limit, surpassed Gold status after debuting at #4 on the
Billboard Top 200 with over 80,000 copies sold first week. Meanwhile, their
third effort, American Nightmare, was released in 2010. Along the way, the band
has shared the stage on national tours with Mötley Crüe, Nickelback, Papa
Roach, Saving Abel and more. After nearly a decade, Hinder is stronger than
ever, releasing their fourth full-length album for Republic Records, Welcome to

To
preview the return of the 2013 MISS USA® Pageant to Las Vegas, the D will host
a meet and greet sponsored by RAIN Cosmetics with this year’s contestants on
the 3rd Street Stage of the Fremont Street Experience on Friday, June 7 at 7:30
p.m.
Taking
a break from a busy week of preparations, the 51 contestants will sign
autographs and pose for photos with fans at the sleek new downtown hotel. Miss
Nevada USA 2013 Chelsea Caswell and the rest of the ladies will compete in the

Comedian D.L. Hughley Coming To The Orleans 6/14 & 6/15
Comedian,
actor, writer and radio personality D.L. Hughley will bring his popular standup
act to The Orleans Showroom, June 14 and 15.
Hughley,
well-known for his role in the film “The Original Kings of Comedy,” has
entertained millions over the course of his career, with appearances on
daytime, prime-time and late-night television, as well as film and radio. He
was most recently seen on the 16th season of the ABC hit “Dancing with the
Stars” alongside dancing partner Cheryl Burke.
On
television, Hughley was the producer and star of “The Hughleys,” which ran on
ABC and UPN from 1998 through 2002, and was also a series regular on NBC’s
“Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip.” He has appeared on HBO’s “Def Comedy Jam,”
BET’s “S.O.B.: Socially Offensive Behavior” and has filmed several comedy
specials, including “D.L. Hughley: Goin’ Home,” “D.L. Hughley Live,” “Shocked
& Appalled” and the HBO special “D.L. Hughley: Unapologetic.”
Additional
television and film credits include “Inspector Gadget,” “Scrubs,” “Scary Movie
3,” “Soul Plane,” “Hawaii Five-O” and “Glory Daze.” Last July his one-hour
special, “Reset,” premiered on Showtime and later this year Hughley will
co-host a new game show on TBS, “ Trust Me, I’m a Game Show Host.”
On
radio, he is currently a weekly contributor to the nationally syndicated
program, “The Tom Joyner Morning Show.”
Last
August, he released his first humorous book, “I Want You to Shut the F--- Up:
How the Audacity of Dopes is Ruining America.”
