Voices is the new show that has opened up in the Shimmer Cabaret at the LV Hilton and stars Earl Turner and Lani Misalucha. I have been familiar with Earl for a long time here in Las Vegas and always enjoyed his performances. But pair him with Lani and you have one heck of a show. This weekend at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway includes Wicked HP Championship E.T. Drag Racing Series, car show, Street War Sunday

The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway presents three days of drag-racing action this weekend, beginning with a Test ‘n’ Tune session on Friday from 5-10 p.m.

On Saturday, The Strip at LVMS hosts another round of the Wicked HP E.T. Drag Racing Series for local bracket racers. Saturday night also is the third installment of the Hot Rods, Hot Dogs, Bikes & Budweiser Cruise Night – a car show for classics and hot rods featuring $1 hot dogs and $1 Budweiser beer. Participants in the car show will received free admission (car and driver). Gates will open at 2 p.m. with time trials at 4 p.m.

On Sunday, the Western States Corvette Council takes to the quarter-mile drag strip for drag racing as well as an autocross in the dirt track’s paddock area. Also: Street War Sunday.
