New Interesting Specials For Lunch & Happy Hour At Poshburger!

Conrad and Candice Gallagher’s popular new PoshBurger Bistro located near Summerlin has introduced delicious new specials including lunch, happy hour, a bar and children’s menu to be available every day.

PoshBurger has launched happy hour from 4 to 6 p.m. daily with 30 percent off all food and drink items daily. Guests looking to sample savory menu items can indulge in appetizers including Seared Rare Tuna, Salmon Rillette and Duck Liver Parfait; and salads including Iceberg Wedge, Wild Arugula and Greek. All designer burgers are also available for happy hour including the Kobe Burger, Organic Lamb Burger, Venison Burger and several more. Patrons can wash down their flavorsome meal with beer and wine selections.

A $10 slider trio lunch special is available daily from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Burger lovers can customize a trio of brioche sliders by selecting from five different 6-ounce meats including black angus, venison, wild boar, tuna and salmon and their garnishes. A side dish accompanies the sliders with the option of fat or skinny fries, corn-on-the-cob or a green salad.

Their new bar menu features signature bar bites, beer and wine specials with prices ranging from $5 to $10. The bar menu features a deviled egg with shallot and cayenne, spicy chicken wings with Blue cheese dressing and oysters with cucumber and pear mignonette. Guests will enjoy imported and domestic beers including Miller Light, Arrogant Bastard, Corona and Stella Artois, priced at $5 each. The bar menu’s by the glass wine selections include Stone Haven Sauvignon Blanc, priced at $7; Martin Ray Chardonnay, priced at $8; Warwick First Lady Cabernet Sauvignon, priced at $9; and Murphy Goode Cabernet Sauvignon, priced at $10.

The kid’s menu includes kid’s size appetizer selections of Caesar salad and corn-on-the-cob, priced at $3 each; and entrées including mini meatballs in tomato sauce with macaroni or quinoa, priced at $8; house-made chicken fingers with honey mustard, priced at $6; mac and cheese with parmesan au gratin, priced at $7; and sliders with red onion, tomato and Bibb lettuce beef, priced at $9. Kids will leave with a smile after enjoying the chocolate milkshake with crushed chocolate chip cookies, priced at $4.

ABOUT CONRAD AND CANDICE GALLAGHER

Conrad Gallagher was born in Ireland and raised near the farmlands in Letterkenny, Donegal. After training with Ireland’s top chefs from the time he was just 12 years old, Gallagher moved to New York City where he worked in some of Manhattan’s top restaurants including The Plaza Hotel, The Waldorf Astoria’s Peacock Alley, Le Cirque and Lespinasse. He also gained work experience at Daniel and Le Bernardin. He returned to Ireland to open his first restaurant, Peacock Alley, where at the age of 25 he became the youngest chef to date to be awarded a Michelin Star. He won “Restaurant of the Year,” “Chef of the Year,” “Best Service and Wine List” and a number of other accolades including Condé Nast Traveler's “Top 15 in the World”. After owning and operating restaurants in Dublin and London, Gallagher moved to Cape Town, South Africa, where he was the Group Executive Chef and Director of Restaurants for the Sun International Group. Gallagher also starred in the head chef TV shows for tv3 where he developed a cooking contest reality show, which is now on its third episode.

Conrad and Candice Gallagher met in 2003 in Johannesburg, South Africa, and were married in 2006. Candice, a native of Port Elizabeth, South Africa, joined Conrad Gallagher Consulting in 2004 as Marketing Director. Prior to working at Conrad Gallagher Consulting, she spent more than four years at Sun International Head Office based in Johannesburg, South Africa, where she was responsible for PR and Marketing as well as building high net worth customer relationships. Candice also spent time as a Marketing Executive with Grand West Hotel and Casino in Cape Town and at Boardwalk Casino and Entertainment World in Port Elizabeth. In 2005, she opened her first Sundance Gourmet Coffee Co. store and grew the successful business to eight store locations around South Africa before selling the brand in 2009. Candice has been the driving force behind the production of “Conrad's Kitchen,” a hit television show by BBC, showing Conrad's transformation of 18 hotel and resorts around Southern Africa. Candice also managed the Conrad Gallagher Cooking School from 2003 to 2009. She coordinated several high-profile events for Conrad Gallagher Catering including Oprah Winfrey's New Year's Eve party in 2007 in Sun City, the Nedbank Golf Classic from 2003 to 2009, and Positive, an annual gala event from 2004 to 2008. Candice was also involved in Miss South Africa events and Miss World at Sun City at the Lost City.

PSY..PSY Was At LAVO! What A "Gentleman!"

Sunday night, celebrities invaded LAVO and TAO after the Billboard Music Awards.

Music royalty Madonna was spotted dining with a group of friends after the awards show in LAVO’s private dining room.

At LAVO Nightclub, international sensation PSY hosted a Billboard Music Awards after party. The Korean superstar donned his signature shades on the red carpet before taking over a VIP booth in the nightclub where he was joined by British singer Ed Sheeran, who performed at the awards show earlier that night. The packed room went crazy as DJ Jessica Who announced PSY's arrival, and soon afterward, he headed to the stage to perform. PSY first expressed his gratitude for having won a Billboard Music Award and thanked the crowd for all of their support before jumping into his newest release "Gentleman." Fans clamored around the stage, taking photos of the music sensation as he showed off his signature dance moves. PSY then followed with his hit song “Gangnam Style,” taking the party up a level with his energetic performance. The entire club danced and sang along as PSY’s manager Scooter Braun proudly watched from their table.

Earlier in the day, “Breaking Bad” actor Aaron Paul and fiancé Lauren Parsekian continued their bachelor and bachelorette weekend at TAO Beach. Aaron and Lauren were joined by friends in a cabana where they were seen lounging and snacking on TAO’s new brunch menu items. In the evening, the group was spotted at TAO Asian Bistro enjoying Satay of Chilean Sea Bass, Lobster Shrimp Spring Rolls, Wasabi Crusted Filet Mignon, Orange Chicken and other specialties.

Actress Chloë Moretz was also spotted dining at TAO Asian Bistro after the Billboard Music Awards with family and friends.

XS Nightclub Night Swim Attracts CELEBS!

Sunday night, following a celeb-packed weekend in Las Vegas for the Billboard Music Awards, stars collided at XS Nightclub inside Wynn Las Vegas for the grand opening celebration of the signature event, Night Swim. Fresh off his set at Electric Daisy Carnival in New York, DJ Afrojack took over control of both the dance floor and the venue’s glistening pool for the affair.

Hayden Panettiere, who presented Macklemore and Ryan Lewis’ performance at Tryst nightclub earlier during the awards show, arrived around midnight with her boyfriend and rumored-fiancé, boxer Wladimir Klitschko. The “Nashville” star was celebrating the highly acclaimed series’ upcoming season finale on Wednesday, and danced the night away on stage sipping on vodka cocktails and shots of Don Julio. She stayed until about 3 a.m.

At the table next door on stage was actor David Arquette. The two exchanged greetings before partying in their separate groups.

Jenny McCarthy was also spotted at the Vegas hot spot, but was seated inside. The Night Swim event usually caters outside to the pool area but was forced to open the normal indoor club venue due to demand with more than 200 table reservations booked before the club even opened.

Afrojack was in the DJ booth for a three-hour set before he jumped into the pool to splash and interact with his fans.
