National Sushi Day Is On 6/18! Celebrate At Katsuya!

Katsuya at SLS Las Vegas will celebrate International Sushi Day with $9 signature dishes, $10 rolls, $7 sake selections and more, available throughout dinner from 5 to 9 p.m. on Sunday, June 18.

Signature offerings starting at $9 include baked crab hand rolls, Katsuya ceviche and a spicy albacore sashimi with crispy onion. Featured rolls starting at $10 include the corn crunch roll, rainbow roll, Sahara roll, tuna tataki roll and more. Katsuya will also offer snacks and salads from $5 to $10, including “Karaage” Japanese fried chicken, seaweed Sunomono salad, creamy rock shrimp and crispy Brussels sprouts. Other International Sushi Day offerings include $6 beers and $7 sake, $7 house red and house white wine selections, as well as $8 hand-crafted signature cocktails. Guests can sip on a Watermelon Cucumber Mojito, made with Bacardi rum, crushed seedless watermelon, English cucumbers, and fresh mint and lime; and the Katsuya Fresh, created with Grey Goose vodka, Rock Sake, hand-crushed English cucumbers and fresh lime juice.

Katsuya is open from 5 to 10:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 5 to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Daily social hour is from 5 to 7 p.m.
