Tax Refund This Year? Treat Yourself To The High Roller Sake Pairing At Sushi Roku

High Roller
Baked Lobster
Sushi Roku, located at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, recently launched a new High Roller Sake Pairing ($280), featuring a premium sake flight, served alongside the High Roller, an extravagant off-menu roll made with high-end ingredients including Japanese Wagyu beef, Toro, sea urchin, caviar, lobster, asparagus, fresh truffle, gold flakes, and sushi rice.

The High Roller Sake pairing is one of the best ways to spend your tax refund! If you owed money you can still enjoy delicious Sushi. Just stop by the restaurant for Sushi Roku’s Red Sun Happy Hour, which offers favorite dishes for $4-7.

The flight includes the following three pours of Junmai Daigingo, or premium quality, sake—

Dassai 23 Niwari Sanbu ß aromatic; slight melon and pear, touch of sweetness on the palate; finishes crisp, dry, and clean

Wakatake Onikoroshi Demon Slayer ß floral and fruity on the nose with notes of melon, tropical fruits and strawberry; medium-bodied with a soft, creamy mouthfeel, and a hint of white pepper on the finish

Kubota Hekiju ß bright and lively with fresh tropical notes; silky and smooth; well-balanced

This restaurant offers spectacular views of the LV Strip and has a private dining room and comfy leather banquettes. If you prefer a table there are plenty of hardtops available.  Sushi Roku also has a full service bar serving everything from Sake to Champagne to Martinis.
