Fueled By Ramen recording group Young The Giant has announced the next leg of its hugely successful Home of the Strange Tour. The North American headline dates begin Wednesday, August 2nd at Louisville, KY’s Palace Theater and then continue through late September, with a performance at the Pearl Concert Theater inside Palms Casino Resort on Friday, August 18, 2017 at 7 p.m. Tickets start at $25 plus tax and applicable fees are on sale now.
The Home of the Strange Tour celebrates Young The Giant’s third studio album, Home of the Strange, which immediately ascended to #1 on the iTunes Store’s “Top Alternative Albums” chart and #3 on the overall “Top Albums” chart upon its release last August. The band heralded the release with a number of high profile television appearances, including an outdoor concert on ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” and as one of the select artists on the fall season of critically-acclaimed series “Live from the Artists Den” alongside Sturgill Simpson, Panic! at the Disco and Lumineers. The tour’s first leg saw the band performing to sell out houses across the continent, including stops at such world famous venues as New York’s Radio City Music Hall and The Greek Theatre in Los Angeles. Young the Giant recently commemorated the tour with an exclusive video recap of their extraordinary 2016, streaming now at the band’s official YouTube channel.
Tickets for Young the Giant are $25, $35, $45 and $55 plus tax and applicable fees and go on sale Friday, February 24, 2017 at 10 a.m. Doors open at 6 p.m. and guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult.
