Andiron Steak & Sea in Downtown Summerlin will host an intimate dinner with Executive Chef Micah Waltz featuring premium Strauss Grass Fed Beef, using a variety of cuts and dishes to incorporate the entire animal. This Chef Dinner will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 26 at 6:30 p.m. Tickets to the Chef Dinner Series are $62 per person, not inclusive of tax and gratuity and can be purchased online at www.andironsteak.com. An optional wine pairing is available for an additional $25.
