Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Lounge by Chef Akira Back at Bellagio Resort & Casino introduces a variety of new menu items including shared plates, new style sashimi, specialty rolls and entrees. All dishes are now available.

Led by Executive Chef Akira Back, the items offer an imaginative take on the menu and showcase the finest in naturally sourced fish, poultry and vegetables to create delicious culinary masterpieces.
