New Mouth Watering Menu Items Now Available At Honey Salt

Locals’ favorite dining spot, Honey Salt, adds new menu items for brunch, lunch and dinner; including what are sure to be new favorites Surf & Turf Benedict, Ahi Tuna Pizza, and Harvest Farro Risotto. Honey Salt’s menu always features creative twists on comfort food using local and sustainable ingredients. In addition to the popular Sunday Brunch, Honey Salt also adds Saturday to the mix, offering brunch options both weekend days from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. All new menu items and Saturday Brunch are available now.

NEW MENU ITEMS INCLUDE:
Brunch
Breakfast Nachos; sunny-side up egg, avocado, sour cream, queso fresco, charred tomato salsa, add grilled chicken $5, add steak $8.
Surf & Turf Benedict; english muffin, poached egg, sautéed spinach, tomato hollandaise, add smoked salmon $5.
Steak & Eggs; flat iron steak, sunny side egg, breakfast potatoes, watercress salad.
Egg Sandwich; brioche bun, smoked bacon, aged cheddar, tomato jam.
All You Can Drink Bubbles; honey salt mimosa or blood orange mimosa made with salmon creek sparkling wine.

Lunch
Ahi Tuna Pizza; avocado, pea shoots, corn salsa.
Creamed Corn; lime, espelette, crispy onions, cilantro.
Truffle Grilled Cheese; aged cheddar, crispy filone, potato chips.

Dinner
Farmers Toast; local stone fruits, ricotta, toasted hazelnuts, young arugula.
Duroc Pork Chop; roasted stone fruit relish, cheesy grits.
Harvest Farro Risotto; sweet corn, chanterelles, sugar snap peas.
Creamed Corn; lime, espelette, crispy onions, cilantro.
Grilled Scottish Salmon; brentwood corn succotash, charred tomato vinaigrette

Honey Salt is located in at 1031 S. Rampart Blvd, Las Vegas, Nevada and is open seven days a week. Lunch & Dinner are served from 11:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, 11:30 a.m. until close on Monday and 10:30 a.m. until close on Saturday and Sunday, with brunch served from 10:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday. The restaurant also features “Sips & Savors,” the restaurant’s daily happy hour from 3 – 6:00 p.m. in the bar, lounge and patio.
