Bazaar Meat by José Andrés at SLS Las Vegas® introduces a new menu of signature small plates, innovative libations, and featured wines and beers, served exclusively at its inviting Bar Centro. Allowing guests to enjoy the James Beard Award-winning chef’s acclaimed offerings in a more casual experience, the Bar Centro menu caters to locals, walk-in guests, solo diners, and those looking to grab a quick bite before visiting one of SLS’ cutting edge entertainment venues.

The Bar Centro menu offers a variety of Bazaar Meat menu items and unique dishes, served nightly from 5:30 p.m.:

·         Fresh Oysters with fruit vinegar, cocktail sauce, lemon and black pepper for $3 each
·         Pork-Skin Chicharrón with Greek yogurt and za’atar spices for $6
·         Cotton Candy Foie Gras with crispy amaranth for $8
·         Suckling Pig Sandwich, available exclusively at Bar Centro, with caramelized onions, honey mustard and pan de cristal for $10
·         Grilled Pulpo a la Gallega Galician-style octopus served with potatoes for $12
·         Kobe Beef Airbread, available exclusively at Bar Centro, with onion jam and parmesan espuma for $12

Additionally, from 5 – 7 p.m., the Bar Centro menu offers a selection of specially-priced wines and beers that perfectly complement the bar bites:

·         Med Martinez, available exclusively at Bar Centro, with Tanqueray gin, PX sherry, Luxardo Maraschino, sherry vinegar and olive oil for $8
·         La Invencible, available exclusively at Bar Centro, with Bols Genever, Amontillado sherry, Pedro Ximénez sherry and bitters for $8
·         Daiquiri Brutal with Appleton Estate rum, lime juice and orange oil for $8
·         Scarlet Pimpernel, available exclusively at Bar Centro, with Tito’s vodka, Pavan liqueur, lemon juice, raspberries, mint, bitters and cava for $8
·         Featured Red and White Wine by the glass for $8
·         Stella Artois, Kirin Light, Leffe Blonde and Anchor Porter for $6 each
