The Downtown Las Vegas Events Center (DLVEC) has an amazing outdoor summer concert lineup taking over Downtown Las Vegas that include anticipated acts from a variety music superstars such as BOSTON, Barenaked Ladies and YES. In addition, two major tours will be making a stop at the venue including The Art of Rap on July 23 and Summerland Tour on August 12. CEO Derek Stevens is on a mission to revitalize the experience of downtown and is proud to share his love for music with locals and travelers this summer. Fans can expect to hear all the classic songs they have grown to love, and will be treated to wild Hammond organ work, soaring harmony guitars, and exceptional vocal arrangements, as well as BOSTON’s unique visual stage presentation.

Over the span of their successful career, they have achieved national and worldwide success with over 14 million albums sold. After 27 years together, the band welcomed their 14th studio album “Silverball” in 2015, which has attained a new and enduring status in the rock music world and will perform old and new hits in Downtown Las Vegas on Friday, July 22.
SiriusXM Backspin Presents The Art of Rap Festival

“SiriusXM Backspin Presents The Art of Rap Festival” follows Ice-T's critically acclaimed 2012 documentary Something from Nothing: The Art of Rap and the festival which played to massive crowds in Orange County, California and the Bay Area. True to the documentary and the 2015 festival, the Las Vegas lineup includes performances by Public Enemy, The Sugar Hill Gang, Naughty by Nature, Mobb Deep, Grandmaster Melle Mel & Scorpio, EPMD and Kurtis Blow and is hosted by Chief Rocker Busy Bee on July 23. The festival is the brainchild of Ice T and Mickey Bentson (hip hop entrepreneurs) and produced by Mickey Bentson and Synergy Global Entertainment.
Summerland Tour featuring Sugar Ray, Everclear, Lit and Sponge

The highly-anticipated Summerland Tour will make its Las Vegas stop on August 12 for an action-packed lineup including rock bands Sugar Ray, Everclear, Lit and Sponge. Named one of the “The 10 Hottest Summer Package Tours” by Rolling Stone, the annual tour was created by Everclear’s lead singer Art Alexakis in 2012.
