European gelato brand, Amorino, is bringing the magic of authentic traditional Italian ice cream to The LINQ Promenade in July, with the opening of its flagship U.S. location. Amorino is known for their unique flower shaped cone, with unlimited flavors available on each creation. Each gelato recipe requires ingredients sourced from worldwide locales so they’re at their peak when used. Inside the shop you’ll find an assortment of traditional and seasonal flavors – think mangos from India, vanilla from Madagascar, chocolate from Ecuador, and Pistachio Bronte from Sicily. The eatery also will sell other decadent treats, including gelato-filled macarons, specialty coffee, crepes, waffles, hot cocoa and chocolates.
Amorino Las Vegas is owned by Jeremy Decherchi and Nicolas Mouillon who also own and operate the Amorino located at the Las Vegas North Premium Outlets, 625 S. Grand Central Parkway. Previously, there was an Amorino inside Town Square, but that location is being relocated and reimagined into the flagship at The LINQ Promenade. The new store will occupy 1,500 square feet and have capacity for about 50 people inside the high-end space.

The newest Amorino’s interior will feature a fireplace, sofas and other luxurious seating to provide comfort and respite to locals and tourists alike. This new location will create about 30 new jobs for Southern Nevadans. The new Amorino is slated to open around the time of the downtown location’s first anniversary, a significant milestone for the Amorino Las Vegas team. Founded in 2002 by two Italian childhood friends, Amorino is the very essence of traditional Italian gelato. With numerous shops all over the world, Amorino differentiates itself through its iconic presentation of the gelato as a flower, constructed petal by petal with as many flavors as you want.
