YIPPEEE It's Bubble-Licious Time In Vegas!
Popping off hundreds of bottles of champagne and sparkling wine, UNLVino 2016 will commence at Bubble-Licious on Thursday, April 14, under the stars at The Venetian® Las Vegas. The evening will honor Robert G. Goldstein, president and chief operating officer of Las Vegas Sands, highlight cuisine from award-winning restaurants at The Venetian and Palazzo®, and treat guests to a performance by HUMAN NATURE. During the event, sommeliers from Southern Wine & Spirits and representatives from UNLV will celebrate with its signature 21 Cork Salute with bottles of Dom Pérignon.
Bubble-Licious will recognize Goldstein with the Dom Pérignon Award of Excellence. This prestigious honor is given to those who have distinguished themselves and set an example through their inspirational leadership, character and work ethic in the hospitality industry. Joining Las Vegas Sands during the planning phases of The Venetian, Goldstein is responsible for shaping the property’s identity and attracting the top retailers, restauranteurs and leading leisure attractions.

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy selections from The Venetian and Palazzo’s celebrated restaurants. Participating venues at this time include: B&B Ristorante, Bouchon, Carlo’s Bakery, Delmonico Steakhouse, db Brasserie, Hong Kong Café, Lagasse's Stadium, OTTO Enoteca e Pizzeria, SushiSamba and Table 10.
Bubble-Licious will delight guests with an impressive array of champagne, sparkling wines, wines and spirits for a unique, luxurious tasting experience, including brands such as Accolade Wines; Champagne Henriot; Danone Waters of America; FIJI Water; Folio Fine Wine Partners: Villa Sandi; Francis Ford Coppola Winery; Freixenet USA; Gonzalez By USA; Luca Imports; MADD Virgin Drinks; Moët Hennessey USA; MITA Beverage Co., LTD.; Myx Fusions; Palm Bay International; Pernod Ricard; Prestige Wine Imports; Sovereign Brands; Stella Rosa; Terlato Wines; The Wine Group; Vintage Rockefeller Wine & Spirits Group and Wilson Creek Winery & Vineyards.
Max Solano, master mixologist and Southern Wine & Spirits’ beverage program specialist and spirits educator, will be onsite crafting Strawberry Blonde specialty cocktails featuring Henriot Blanc de Blanc Champagne.
HUMAN NATURE will perform songs from their brand new show “JUKEBOX,” which opened on March 29 in the Sands Showroom at The Venetian.
Bubble-Licious will take place on Thursday, April 14 between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. at The Venetian Las Vegas®’ Doge’s Palace Plaza, located in front of the hotel, adjacent to its porte-cochére. Tickets for the event are available for $100 in advance and $125 at the door.
In addition to Bubble-Licious, UNLVino 2016 includes two additional signature events, including Sake Fever on Friday, April 15 at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa and the Grand Tasting on Saturday, April 16 at Paris Las Vegas. Tickets are available for all events at UNLVtickets.com.
