La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway Adds Delectable New Dishes To The Menu

Corporate Executive Chef William DeMarco brings fresh ingredients and spring flavors to new menu selections at La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway inside Wynn Las Vegas, available now.

New “From the Sea” selections include the crispy ahi tuna, served with soybean wasabi, priced at $18; the Hamachi crudo, drizzled with lemon oil and accompanied by pickled beets, priced at $16; and Little Neck clams, served with Spanish chorizo in a cilantro broth, priced at $17. New “From the Farm” selections include the crab ravioli, made with ricotta, arugula, tomatoes and lemon butter, priced at $15.

Other new items include the BBQ pulled pork flatbread, topped with smoked Gouda and green onions, priced at $17; and the Opakapaka, a Hawaiian snapper, served with grilled asparagus and yuzu butter sauce, priced at $19.

La Cave is open from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 11:30 a.m. to midnight Friday through Sunday.
