Vegan & Vegetarian Items Now Available At TREVI Italian Restaurant



TREVI Italian Restaurant inside The Forum Shops at Caesars has simplified the ordering process for any guests on restrictive diets with the launch of a vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free menu, available now.

Based off of the award-winning existing menu, TREVI’s specialty selections include: vegetarian options such as a margherita pizza topped with Roma tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil, priced at $18; Melanzane Fritte, thinly-sliced eggplant crisps served with marinara sauce, priced at $7; and Campione di Bruschetta, a sampling of chef-inspired relishes and dips with grilled Tuscan bread, priced at $15.

The vegan menu offers minestrone soup, priced at $9; Spaghetti Aglio e Olio, with artichokes, asparagus, tomatoes and green beans topped with toasted garlic, extra virgin olive oil and crushed peppers, priced at $19; and Zucchini Oreganata with petite white beans, green beans, concassé tomatoes and oregano gastrique, priced at $22.

Gluten-free selections include Cozze Marechiaro, fresh mussels in a white wine, garlic and tomato broth, priced at $15; Pollo e Cavolo, pasta stuffed with chicken and kale and tossed with cherry tomatoes and Gorgonzola, priced at $22; and Bistecca Fiorentina, a 16-ounce bone-in ribeye smothered in amogio sauce and served with fresh tomato, red onion and blue cheese salad, priced at $36.
