Three Course "Chocolate Spell" Dinner Now Available At HEXX Kitchen + Bar

The HEXX Cocktail
Forget about “abracadabra,” the real magic word is “chocolate” at HEXX Kitchen + Bar at Paris Las Vegas. The Strip-side bar and eatery has introduced a specialty three-course “Chocolate Spell” prix fixe menu, available now.

Crafted by Executive Chef Matthew Piekarski, HEXX’s “Chocolate Spell” menu, priced at $59.95 per person, puts diners in a sweet trance as each course features HEXX’s signature bean-to-bar chocolates in a unique way. The menu begins with HEXX’s simple salad, prepared with fresh butter lettuce, snow white cheddar and chive, topped with white balsamic vinaigrette and candied cocoa nibs. The main course is a charbroiled 14-ounce Rib-Eye served with spring asparagus and a house-made cocoa butter, infused with garlic. The menu concludes on a sweet note with the Venezuelan milk chocolate cheesecake, made with HEXX’s Venezuelan milk chocolate, peanut butter caramel and toffee popcorn. The meal has the option to be paired with The Hexx cocktail, made with Stolichnaya Vanil, Tempus Fugit Dark Cacao, Luxardo Angioletto and cream, priced at $14.

HEXX is Nevada’s first bean-to-bar chocolate maker, highlighting the distinctive flavors of the cacao bean through just one added ingredient: organic palm sugar. Each of HEXX’s different bean-to-bar chocolates present flavor profiles representative of Madagascar, Tanzania, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela, the five countries from which the cacao beans are harvested. When creating the magical menu, chocolate makers Matthew Silverman and Piekarski worked to ensure the flavor profiles of each dish matched the natural profiles of each bean from around the world.
