He is also the sole recipient of consecutive "Best Chef" awards from the prestigious James Beard Foundation. Located in the Venezia tower, Bouchon brings to Las Vegas the top cuisine and service that have made it a Napa Valley institution.

BUDDY V'S RISTORANTE
The Venetian; Happy Hour is available daily: 4:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m.
Buddy Valastro, of TLC's Cake Boss, brought his first restaurant to Las Vegas at The Venetian. Buddy V's Ristorante is inspired by Valastro's family gatherings and features recipes passed down from his mother, grandmother and aunts, and offers twists on Italian-American favorites. Buddy V's daily happy hour features an assortment of Italian-inspired small bites, along with sangria, domestic beer, red and white house wine, Prosecco, bloody marys and caesars.
Happy Hour favorites:calamari (banana peppers, tomato aioli); grandma's meatballs (beef, veal, and pork); sausage and pepper sliders (mozzarella, provolone and pepperonata).
CANYON RANCH GRILL

Enjoy the fresh and healthy gourmet cuisine that Canyon Ranch is known for. Located at the SpaClub® entrance on The Palazzo, just off the 3rd floor suite elevators, Canyon Ranch offers a half-priced glass of Canyon Ranch wine with the purchase of any starter.
CANALETTO
The Venetian; Happy hour is available Sunday-Thursday: 4 p.m.-6 p.m.
A master of the rotisserie and grill, Chef Gianpaolo Putzu recreates the unique flavors of Venice, drawing from his extensive knowledge and repertoire of regional recipes. Located inside the Grand Canal Shoppes, Canaletto offers a special bar menu featuring select appetizers and pizza, as well as wine and domestic beer (bottle and draft options are available), available at the bar and table seating only.
DB BRASSERIE
The Venetian; Happy Hour is available daily: 3 p.m.-6 p.m. and 10 p.m.- close; and Oyster Happy Hour daily: 5 p.m.-6 p.m.
db Brasserie is Chef Daniel Boulud's contemporary French restaurant with a menu that stays true to Chef Boulud's signature French-American cooking and modern sensibility by offering updated brasserie classics. Happy hour at db Brasserie offers something for everyone from select wine, beer, and cocktails. In addition, guests are invited to indulge in a special "Oyster Happy Hour," an hour-long happy hour, featuring $1 West Coast Oysters and an assortment of French-inspired eats.

Located inside the Grand Canal Shoppes, come and experience its "Hooray Hour" daily at the bar, from 3 p.m. - 6 p.m., and receive special pricing on selected cocktails and draft beers, plus half-price appetizers. Come for Breakfast, 8 a.m. - 10:30 a.m., and receive $5 bloody marys and mimosas, ($5 bloody marys and mimosas also available during the afternoon Hooray Hour for the late risers).

MORELS FRENCH STEAKHOUSE & BISTRO

At Morels, Executive Chef J.L. Carrera merges classic steakhouse with unique culinary aspects, including an iced seafood bar, a cheese and charcuterie bar with more than 60 farmhouse and artisanal cheeses from around the world along with handmade salamis and meats. Morels offers its "Roll Back the Clock" happy hour daily, available in the bar and outdoor patio lounge. The unique happy hour features two-for-one well drinks, featured bottled beer, white and red wine selections from the Wine Spectator award-winning wine list. In addition, guests can also pair their beverage of choice with a cheese and charcuterie selection from their menu of more than 60 artisanal selections.
PRIMEBURGER

PRIMEBURGER features boutique burgers, hand-chopped fries and alcohol-infused shakes. Located on the Grand Canal Shop level near the food court. Guests can imbibe daily with half-price beer, glass wine, and well drinks.
ROCKHOUSE
The Venetian; Happy Hour is available Monday-Friday: 2 p.m.-6 p.m.
From drinking games to nighttime DJs, Rockhouse keeps the party going all the time. Featuring 83 flat-panel televisions lining every wall of the interior, there is not a bad view in the house to watch sporting events. Rockhouse's weekday happy hour allows guests to enjoy 30 percent off appetizers and 50 percent of specialty cocktails.
