Local FAVE Therapy Gastropub Presents New Menu Items

Downtown Las Vegas’ most popular new gastropub, Therapy, has introduced an array of new food and drink selections for the winter season.

The new dishes highlight the creative spirit behind the restaurant and include a collection of entrées and shared plates in addition to remaining favorites. Therapy has also updated its lunch menu served daily from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

New items on the handheld menu include a lavash flatbread, topped with spicy remoulade sauce, finocchiona, Calabrese salami, shaved fennel, arugula, roasted tomato and parmesan cheese, priced at $13; and a Portobello mushroom sandwich, with a large Portobello mushroom marinated in olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, garlic and thyme served on a potato bun with alfalfa sprouts, arugula, tomato and romesco sauce, priced at $12.

Therapy has rolled out new large-plate winter selections such as Dominic’s hunters chicken, served on a bed of Yukon mashed potatoes, sautéed cipollini onions and mushroom sauce, priced at $19; sliced chimichurri steak marinated for eight hours in lime, orange, jalapeno, cilantro, garlic and olive oil and served with a chimichurri sauce and fried onion strings, priced at $19; and McKinnley’s braised short ribs, braised for four hours, served on a bed of sweet potato puree and dusted with Chinese Five Spice and garnished with cipollini onions, priced at $19.

Additional unique new offerings include fire-roasted carrots in brown butter, topped with vanilla bourbon maple syrup, feta cheese and tiny raw carrots, priced at $8; charred Brussels sprouts tossed with roasted cashews, butter, whole grain mustard and parmesan cheese, priced at $8; pulled pork sliders with slow cooked pork shoulder, Cattleman’s BBQ sauce and a mustard cabbage slaw, priced at $12, and super mac with orecchiette pasta mixed with Therapy’s signature cheese blend, priced at $10.

Therapy offers a select lunch menu available daily with new items including a chicken-fried sub sandwich with scallion mayo slaw and truffle fries, priced at $12; a chicken salad sandwich with lemon tarragon dressing, cranberries andalfalfa sprouts, served with a mixed green salad; priced at $12; and other favorites from the dinner menu. Therapy is open from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Sunday through Wednesday, 11:30 a.m. to midnight on Thursday and 11:30 a.m. to 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.

Therapy has become Downtown Las Vegas’ newest dining destination at 518 E.
