In Las Vegas on Jan. 2, legendary Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker kicked off 2016 with his “Give the Drummer Some” residency and performed an electrifying drum DJ set at Hyde Bellagio in Las Vegas. Before the event Barker tweeted about his performance, posting, “Heading to Vega$ @hydebellagio.”
Once inside, Barker took the stage, showcasing his versatility as a one-man-band, dropping heavy hip-hop beats by artists including Biggie Smalls, Jay-Z and ACDC while playing effortlessly along on his instrument. Afterwards, DJ Spider took over the turn tables and delivered a high-powered set while the packed Vegas nightclub danced into the early morning hours celebrating the first weekend of the New Year.
