All The Latest News From The Venetian & The Palazzo In VEGAS!

Tucked between the Wynn and the Venetian, The Palazzo is an upscale, all-suite resort and casino is a 6-minute walk from the Fashion Show Mall.

Plush accommodations feature Italian-inspired decor and range from modern rooms with flat-screen TVs and soaking tubs to entertainment-focused suites with sunken living rooms, dining areas and pool tables.

Set on the Las Vegas Strip, The Venetian is a  lavish, Italian-themed, all-suite casino hotel is 1.5 miles from the Las Vegas Convention Center.

THE ESSENTIAL DIANA ROSS RETURNS TO THE VENETIAN THEATRE
 The Venetian proudly presents a new nine-show engagement featuring the original diva, Diana Ross. The Essential Diana Ross: Some Memories Never Fade will feature a special set of hits from the iconic star’s career, spanning over five decades. HONG KONG CAFE BRINGS NEW CONCEPT TO THE LAS VEGAS STRIP
 The energy of one of the world's most vibrant cities will be brought to life at the new Hong Kong Café, opening in late November at The Palazzo® Las Vegas.  The new restaurant will merge time honored service with a dynamic fusion of Asian cuisine with Western fare in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

“There are literally thousands of restaurants today in Hong Kong,” said Executive Chef Simon To.  “But the café concept is one that is near and dear to the hearts of travelers who have visited this city.”

The menu will feature a variety of options not typically associated withAsiancuisine, such as ham and egg sandwiches, “Hong  Kong” spaghetti, and even French toast.

In addition to this “Hong Kong-Style menu,” the new restaurant will feature regional Chinese cuisine, drawing from Cantonese, Taiwanese, Vietnamese, Szechuan and other Asian cooking styles.

The new restaurant replaces ZINE Noodles Dim Sum, Chef To’s acclaimed restaurant, which was often credited for bringing the trend of authentic Asian dining to the Las Vegas Strip.   In fact, ZINE received the Overall Excellence Award from Chinese Restaurant News in 2010, making it the first restaurant in Las Vegas to rank in the top 10 for the prestigious award.

EMERIL LAGASSE’S TABLE 10 WELCOMES CHEF DE CUISINE JAMES RICHARDS
 Emeril Lagasse’s Table 10 New Orleans style eatery is pleased to welcome back Chef de Cuisine James Richards to the team.

After graduating from the Iowa Culinary Institute in 2010, Richards moved to Las Vegas and worked as a line cook at Lagasse’s Delmonico Steakhouse at The Palazzo. From 2012 to 2015, he served as sous chef at Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House, before going to Andiron Steak and Sea in Downtown Summerlin.

In September 2015, Richards returned to the Lagasse family as chef de cuisine at Table 10, where his menu concentrates on fusing quality local and seasonal ingredients with modernist techniques.

 Guests can try Chef Richards’s latest creations with his new “Taste of Table 10” four course $48 menu, with hearty and filling choices including smoky mushroom pasta, butternut squash ravioli, Emeril’s pork chop, or braised beef short ribs.  The menu is now available for dinner with optional wine pairings for $28 per person.  Delmonico Steakhouse now offers box lunches, perfect for guests and meeting attendees who are looking for a great lunch but are short on time. Featuring a variety of soups, salads and sandwiches, Grab & Go lunches start at just $5.

CARNEVINO ADDS TWO NEW ITEMS TO THE FALL MENU
 Carnevino Italian Steakhouse at The Palazzo Las Vegas from Chef Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich is introducing two new menu items for the fall:

Tender pan seared scallops served over a creamy celery root puree, accompanied with a salad composed of thinly sliced apples, fresh parsley, celery leaf and refreshing pomegranate vinaigrette.
Pan-seared duck breast and confit of duck leg served over a bed of local shelling beans that have been cooked with a medley of onion, garlic, white wine, pancetta, kale, and savory roasted tomatoes garnished with a seasonal baby kale salad and a finished with a sprinkle of smoked Maldon sea salt.

Double Helix
DOUBLE HELIX INTRODUCES SIP + SHOP + REFILL:

NEW MENU ITEMS AT CANYON RANCH GRILL
 Canyon Ranch Grill, located at Canyon Ranch SpaClub, has introduced new healthy menu options and specials:

Raisin walnut French toast  made from homemade raisin walnut bread, served with pure maple syrup– only 420 calories, 11 grams of fat and 9 grams of fiber for $14.
Shrimp ceviche featuring shrimp, cucumber, avocado and scallions marinated in citrus - only 135 calories, 5 grams of fat and 3 grams of fiber, GF for $10.
All day specials – Half priced glass of Canyon Ranch wine with the purchase of any entree or entree salad
After 2 p.m. – Half priced glass of Canyon Ranch wine with the purchase of any starter

DELMONICO STEAKHOUSE CELEBRATES TRUFFLES NOV 16 – 22
Emeril Lagasse’s Delmonico Steakhouse is celebrating truffle season with a special dinner menu featuring decadent white and black truffles offered November 16-22, 2015.

Created by Chef de Cuisine Ronnie Rainwater, the indulgent menu includes choices suchasiberico ham and poached golden fertile egg with shaved asparagus frisee and fresh white truffles; Alaskan red king crab, little gem lettuce, fresh citrus, crushed pistachios, champagne vinaigrette and fresh white truffles; rabbit fricassee over pappardelle pasta with fresh shaved black truffles; and white truffle ice cream, plus much more.

DB BRASSERIE ADDS NEW SEASONAL BRUNCH
 French restaurant db Brasserie by Chef Daniel Boulud is getting into the fall spirit with new brunch offerings:

Sticky buns (cinnamon, candied pecans, butterscotch)
Pumpkin soup (chestnut profiterole, Amaretto cookie dust)
French toast (white chocolate and walnut bread, seasonal fruit, chocolate sorbet)
