Las Vegas’ beloved Bryce Krausman and Dalton Wilson are creating a collection of recipes, stories, and memories with Two Brothers: A Culinary Journey of Food & Friendship with a little help from their friends and a Kickstarter campaign. A labor of love and food, Two Brothers will share the culinary adventures of DW Bistro and DW Kitchen & Market’s (coming November 2015) colorful creators with tales of the times before the restaurant, personal hardship, delicious triumph. The cookbook will include some of DW’s best loved recipes including Pesto Torte, Roasted Chicken and Root Vegetables, Dalton’s Mac & Cheese and more. Raising funds for food styling, photography, design and marketing, Bryce and Dalton are eager to bring DW Bistro and their friendship to print though the collaboration. Kickstarter supporters receive a variety of rewards at varying donation levels, from a copy of the book to a lifetime DW Bistro reservation.
