Full List Of Events From Authentic Irish Pub Rí Rá Las Vegas

Crafted in the warm pub style of 19th century Ireland, Rí Rá Las Vegas is located inside The Shoppes at Mandalay Place.  The authentic Irish pub features a multitude of artifacts that were carefully restored in Wicklow, Ireland and shipped to their new home in Las Vegas. Rí Rá Las Vegas contains an authentic Victorian Shop bar that began its life in Ireland in the 1880s, a whiskey bar adorned with an original glazed jewelry cabinet from 1900, an oak floor from a whiskey distillery and an 8-foot-tall, 500-pound carved plaster statue of St. Patrick dating back to 1850.  The pub hosts live entertainment seven nights a week in a music room constructed with artifacts dating back to 1890 from the Olympia Theater in Dublin, Ireland. Born and raised in Dublin, Rí Rá Las Vegas owners David Kelly and Ciaran Sheehan have been close friends since they were 14-years-old. Kelly and Sheehan later partnered with Jay Luther, whom Kelly met while working for Guinness. Rí Rá Las Vegas is one of nine pubs the trio has opened in the U.S

“Halfway to St. Patrick’s Day” Party
Sept. 17 at 9 p.m.
Rí Rá Las Vegas will host a “Halfway to St. Patrick’s Day” party featuring drink specials, giveaways, Irish music and a special Irish-inspired menu benefitting HELP of Southern Nevada. From 9 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., the pub will offer guests $5 Guinness® drafts, Guinness® black lagers and Guinness® foreign extra stouts during the celebration. Additionally, Rí Rá will give away engraved Guinness® glasses to the first 50 guests who order a beer from the pub’s Victorian bar. Throughout the night, attendees will enjoy giveaways as well as a blend of traditional Irish music and party rock from The American Diddle Idols.

HELP of Southern Nevada Menu Fundraiser
Sept. 15 - 21
As part of the “Halfway to St. Patrick’s Day” celebration, Rí Rá will donate 20 percent of all proceeds to HELP of Southern Nevada when guests order off of the pub’s special HELP menu. The Irish-inspired menu features Guinness Beer Cheese and Pretzels ($9.95), Hot Irish Beef Sandwich ($13.95), Rasher and Leek Chicken ($21.95), Kilbeggan Salmon ($23.95) and Guinness Sundae ($6.95).

September Food and Drink Specials
In honor of National Breakfast Month, Rí Rá features its Irish breakfast ($14) complete with two eggs, black and white pudding, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms, toast, Irish sausages and rashers. Additionally, the pub will celebrate National Potato Month with its Traditional Potato Cakes ($10) topped with Irish cheddar, green onion, savory sour cream and a balsamic reduction.

On Thursday, Sept. 29, the pub features its Foyne’s Original Irish Coffee ($11), a blend of house coffee, John Powers Irish whiskey, brown sugar and stiffened cream, for National Coffee Day.

Locals Lunch and Dinner Special
Rí Rá continues to offer locals 40 percent off lunch and dinner food items every Friday. Guests must present a valid Nevada ID to receive the discount. This special cannot be combined with other offers.

Nightly Entertainment
Guests can enjoy live, authentic Irish music nightly during dinner and evening hours with many of the bands coming directly from Ireland.

The Black Donnellys
Sept. 6, 22, 23, 24, 27, 29 & 30 at 8:45 p.m.
Sept. 4, 5, 25 & 26 at 9 p.m.
The Black Donnellys is a traditional / folk rock band consisting of Dave Browne and Dave Rooney. Browne, also a Guinness World Record holder for marathon guitar playing, plays mandolin and guitar, while Rooney, known for his unique voice, sings lead vocals. The band performs a fun selection of folk and traditional Irish songs that provide an entertaining introduction to the historical origins of Irish music. In October 2014, the band contributed to Rí Rá’s Guinness World Record for longest concert by multiple artists.

John Windsor
Sept. 7, 14, 21 & 28  at 8:45 p.m.
A permanent entertainment fixture in Irish pubs throughout Las Vegas for more than a decade, John Windsor is a multi-talented performer who provides nonstop entertainment throughout his sets by blending guitar, harmonica and amazing vocals into one spectacular performance.

The Brayzen Heads
Sept. 8, 9, 10 & 13 at 8:45 p.m.
Sept. 11 & 12 at 9 p.m.
Comprised of Dave Gilmore (vocals and guitar) and Shane Farrell (fiddle, banjo and mandolin), The Brayzen Heads loves having the crowd dance and sing along during their performances. To date, the energetic duo has performed at over 4,000 shows throughout Europe and the United States.

The American Diddle Idols
Sept. 15, 16, 17 & 20 at 8:45 p.m.
Sept. 18 & 19 at 9 p.m.
The American Diddle Idols is a pure Irish American party duo from New York City, featuring musician David Barckow, which mixes traditional Irish music and party rock with a variety of instruments.
