Top Chef Master Reunion Dinner Coming To Border Grill Get Your Tix!

Border Grill chefs/owners Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger will host fellow Top Chef Masters alumni for a special Top Chef Masters Reunion Dinner on Wednesday, August 19 at their Border Grill kitchen inside Mandalay Bay. Guest chefs include Hugh Acheson (5&10, The National, Empire State South and The Florence) and Rick Moonen (rm seafood and Rx Boiler Room). The all-star lineup will also feature cocktails created by The Modern Mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim.

“Top Chef Masters was such an impactful part of our lives, and now we want to give our fans a more intimate look at what that experience was like," said Milliken. "It's rare to get us all in the same room together, so we're thrilled for the chance to host this dinner. For only $99, you can spend a whole evening with us as we taste dishes inspired by our time on Top Chef Masters, enjoy unlimited hand-crafted cocktails, and we'll even have a panel discussion so guests can ask us whatever they want about what really went on during the filming."

All attendees will be treated to a cocktail reception followed by an intimate dine around event with each of the Top Chef Masters creating dishes and specialty cocktails made by Abou-Ganim. A panel discussion with the chefs will also take place, including a Q&A portion mediated by Rachel Smith of the MORE Show on FOX. The unique wine, beer and spirits are being donated by Las Vegas premier distributor Southern Wine & Spirits. The event starts at 6:30 p.m. and is priced at $99 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), which includes an autographed copy of Acheson’s newest cookbook The Broad Fork.

A portion of the proceeds from the dinner will support Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch, a program that helps consumers and businesses make choices for healthy oceans. Space is limited.

  1. Loved it. Felt like a family get together, but with fantastic food. The chefs were warm and welcoming. I loved getting tips from this group as they were displaying there Top Chef techniques while cooking in front of us and feeding the group. I liked the limited size of guests. No long waits and everyone given personal attention. Drinks were also a hit. Who knew I would be drinkinking cucumbers and alcohol and enjoying it. The Q & A period after dinner kept us all chuckling...and then came dessert! What a night. Hope this is the start of a new annual event. Thank You!
