Super Star Singers Miguel & Rita Ora Take The Stage At Drai's

Rita Oro

Over the weekend, wall-to-wall crowds at Drai’s Beachclub • Nightclub atop The Cromwell in Las Vegas welcomed internationally celebrated musicians Miguel and Rita Ora to the stage on back-to-back nights, both making their Drai's LIVE debut. Continuing its reign as the only nightclub in Las Vegas offering full-length concerts from chart-topping artists on such a frequent basis, Drai's once again proved why it's the top party destination on the Strip for nightlife and live music.

Friday August 28
On Friday, fans were treated to a night in Miguel's world as made his Drai's LIVE debut in the midst of his successful WILDHEART North American tour. Performing some of his biggest hits and fan favorites, Miguel rocked the opulent 65,000 square foot venue for an hour with songs like "Quickie," "Drugs" and the lead single from his newly released WILDHEART album, "Coffee." He paused between tracks to speak with the audience, clearly taking in his appreciation for their support. All while overlooking the famed Las Vegas Strip from the rooftop stage, Miguel's passion and musicianship shined through the entire concert. Before bowing out, he took to the mic one last time for his encore - the beloved and critically acclaimed "Adorn."

Saturday August 30
The audience roared as the lights dimmed just before the concert began. Out of nowhere, two masterful break dancers started showcasing their skills back and forth as Rita Ora's band and backup singers built anticipation. And just like that, the British-born singer stepped on stage for an hour of pure entertainment that included an incredible light show, pole dancers, a contortionist and more. Rita sang familiar tracks like "I Will Never Let You Down" and "Black Widow" while also belting out a solo-version of her latest single "Body On Me," originally a duet with Drai's LIVE resident artist Chris Brown.
Spotted in the audience for Rita's concert were Casper Smart and Prince Royce. The two friends were seen partying together at a VIP table next to the stage.

Drai's LIVE is a revolutionary new entertainment experience unlike anything else in Las Vegas. Fusing the worlds of nightlife and live concerts, Drai's LIVE brings arena-level performers to its up close and vibrant atmosphere, providing fans with a rare opportunity to see their favorite musicians in a whole new way. Performing 11 stories high overlooking one of the most famous intersections in the world on the Las Vegas Strip, Miguel and Rita Ora join a roster of other Drai's LIVE residents and featured performers including The Weeknd, Chris Brown, Ciara, Nick Jonas, Big Sean, Chromeo, Capital Cities and many others.

Next up for Drai's LIVE is a trifecta of concerts for Labor Day Weekend including Trey Songz (Sept. 4), Jason Derulo (Sept. 5) and Chris Brown (Sept. 6). Future concerts include Fabolous (Sept. 13), The Weeknd (Sept. 18), G-Eazy (Sept. 19) and Tyga (Oct. 4).
