Andiron Steak & Sea Tasting Menu includes:
Appetizer (choice of):
Roasted Corn Soup; king crab, micro cilantro.
Andiron Caesar; shaved parmesan, whole wheat croutons, crispy capers.
Yellowtail Crudo; pickled kumquats, togarashi, basil oil.
Entree (choice of):
Mary’s Organic Chicken Breast; corn pudding, fava beans, fresno peppers, truffle jus.
Scottish Salmon; serrano ham crust, shaved artichokes, cipollini onions, peruvian chili glaze.
Grilled Skirt Steak; wood fired asparagus, king trumpet mushrooms, andiron steak sauce.
Dessert (choice of):
Ashley’s Crème Brûlée Donuts; vanilla custard.
Cherry Almond Cake; cherry crème fraîche ice cream.

With the debut of Andiron Steak & Sea, they introduced a new level of sophistication in an inviting, approachable setting. Paying homage to all things grilled, roasted, shucked and seared, Andiron combines the masculine elements of a traditional steakhouse and infuses them with distinctly feminine inspirations.
