Events Galore At The Southpoint! From ABB World Finals & Pro Bowler Series & MORE

South Point Arena and Equestrian Center proudly welcomes the American Bucking Bull, Inc. (ABBI) World Finals Oct. 21 – 25. Throughout the event, rodeo enthusiasts have the unique opportunity to see some of the up and coming bull riders and fiercest, young bucking bulls. Over $1,250,000 will be paid out to the world’s best animal athletes determined to win the coveted World Finals title. Individual tickets are available for $10 per day or $40 for five-day passes.

Professional Bull Riders Heroes and Legends Reunion – Oct. 22 – 23

South Point Arena and Equestrian Center is the official host hotel of the 2014 Professional Bull Riders (PBR) Heroes & Legends Celebration from Oct. 22 – 23. The event serves as the official start to the 2014 PBR Built Ford Tough World Finals and includes a reception with drinks and hors d’ oeuvres prior to the induction ceremony. The celebration includes the induction of the 2014 Ring of Honor member(s) and the presentation of the Brand of Honor Award, the Jim Shoulders Lifetime Achievement Award and the Sharon Shoulders Award.

PBR Legends Reunion ticket packages are now available for $75, including tickets to the PBR Heroes & Legends Reception, the PBR Heroes & Legends Celebration and the PBR Built Ford Tough World Finals Kickoff Party.

California Saddle Breeder Association Futurity Horse Show – Oct. 30 – Nov. 1

South Point Arena and Equestrian Center will host the California Saddle Horse Breeder Association Futurity Horse Show Oct. 30 – Nov. 1. Fans can expect to witness excellent equestrian showmanship during an array of performance classes for American Saddlebred, Morgans, Roadsters and Open English Pleasure. This event is free and open to the public.

Professional Bowlers Association World Series of Bowling VI – Nov. 1 – 2

The Professional Bowlers Association (PBA) World Series of Bowling comes to South Point Hotel & Casino Nov. 1 – 2. The World Series provides a unique opportunity for PBA members to compete at the highest level of bowling. Throughout the event, bowling enthusiasts have the opportunity to see some of the best bowlers in the nation compete for the World Series title. This event is free and open to the public. All shows will be aired on ESPN.

Indian National Finals Rodeo – Nov. 4 – 8

For the seventh consecutive year, South Point Arena and Equestrian Center is proud to host the Indian National Finals Rodeo (INFR) Nov. 4 – 8. This year’s INFR includes three performances by junior and senior finalists as well as five days of exhilarating performances by talented members of the Indian Professional Rodeo. A special event, “Walk with Doc for Diabetes Awareness,” will be held on Friday, Nov. 7 for “INFR Diabetes Awareness Day.” The walk will be followed by a brunch entitled, “Booty Shake Brunch with Branquino, Branden & Begay.” In addition, guests can enjoy a Sacred Horse Nation Fashion show, live auctions, silent auctions and the INFR Diabetes Awareness Poster Campaign. Individual event tickets are available and start at $15.

Rocky Mountain Gun Show – Nov. 8 – 9

South Point Exhibit Hall welcomes the Rocky Mountain Gun Show Nov. 8 – 9. The two-day exhibition offers gun enthusiasts, hunters and outdoor adventurers access to one of the world’s largest displays of machinery, ammunition and apparel. Tickets are not yet available.

Blenheim Equisports Hunter and Jumper Las Vegas Nationals – Nov. 11 – 16

South Point Arena and Equestrian Center will host the Blenheim Equisports Hunter and Jumper Las Vegas Nationals Nov. 11 – 16. Throughout the event, guests will have the opportunity to see the top equestrian riders compete in three grand prix classes. This event is free and open to the public.

30th World Chinese Basketball Invitational Tournament – Nov. 22 – 28

The 30th World Chinese Basketball Invitational Tournament comes to South Point Exhibit Hall and Priefert Pavilion Nov. 22 – 28. Guests will get to watch over 200 basketball teams from more than 10 countries across the world compete for the tournament title. This event is free and open to the public.

Thanksgiving Shoot Out Women’s Division: Collegiate Basketball – Nov. 27 – 28

South Point Arena welcomes the Collegiate Basketball Thanksgiving Shoot Out for the Women’s Division Nov. 27 – 28. Participating colleges include American University, University of Arkansas, Central Michigan University, Gonzaga University, University of Iowa, University of Oregon and Richmond University. In a round-robin format, collegiate basketball teams will compete in two tournaments, battling for the shootout title. Tickets are available and start at $10.
